What's your "go to" dinner after you've been over indulging? Mine is #potatoes #greens #tamari and some #nooch / #nutritionalyeast and loads of fresh raw #garlic ..... hits the spot every time. Followed by oranges. Mmmmmm. Enjoyed here on my #unbreakable #nonslip plate that will soon be sold through @nomadicdreamingau .... stay tuned.

Good morning 🧡 it’s freeeeeezing outside all I can think about now is this warm cuppa of @pukkaherbs_ie Three Tulsi (holy basil) tea. Did you know that the plant Tulsi is a scared one for us in India, we worship her ☺️ but at the same time it has so many medicinal properties, it helps build your immune system. ~Buckwheat cinnamon apple meal with caramelized pears~
Buckwheat is in my opinion completely underestimated source of carbs. It is not a grain, it's gluten free, rich in minerals like manganese, magnesium and coper. It contains rutin that can prevent blood clots, lower LDL cholesterol and boost the production of histamine, which has positive effect on airborne allergies and food intolerances.

High Protein Meal in 10mins?
Yes, these black bean spaghetti (via @wholefoodbox ) make it happen 🙏 💪They contain 44g Protein/100g and are also high in fiber.
🌱For a better digestion I added some spinach leaves. 🍅the key to this meal is a nice tomato sauce. Let me know if you like to have my secret recipe 😉
✅ To sum it up, this is a super healthy and wholefood plantbased meal Idea with a low calorie density that is high in nutritional value and makes me feel amazing. Plus prep time only takes 10 mins 👌

Mango ‘Buttermilk’ Cake 🍰💛 with Passionfruit Icing 💜
Simple and healthy ingredients, using @natvianaturalsweetener to keep it naturally sweetened and lower in calories and fat.
Yum! I adore mango season.
I used tofu in the icing to keep higher in protein and lower in fat, but you could use whipped coconut cream, or cashew cream if you prefer 💕
I hope you give it a try

Mango Buttermilk Cake

1 cup wholemeal SR flour
1/2 cup SR flour
3/4 cup granulated stevia @natvianaturalsweetener
1 Tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vinegar
300g fresh mango chunks
1 Tbsp oil
Preheat oven to 160C fan forced
Add vinegar to the almond milk and aloe to sit for 5 mins
Mix dry ingredients
Blend wet ingredients
Stir wet into dry and pour into a lined cake tin
Bake for 45 mins until a skewer comes out clean
Allow to cool in tin before cooling further on a rack

Passionfruit Icing

300g silken tofu
Pulp of 2 passionfruit
2 tsp Lemon juice
Zest of one lemon
1/4 cup granulated stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients except passionfruit until smooth
Stir through passionfruit and chill until cake is cooled

🥑🥦 Your gut and emotions are most certainly connected. I have experienced this connection many many times, especially when I get upset, stressed or emotional about something, then my gut is all over the place. It hurts, I get super bloated, uncomfortable and anything I eat irritates me. It’s a good idea if your upset or anxious to wait till your emotions have settled a little before eating.
Gut health is super important, with the foods that you eat, food combining, taking the right things that heal eg probiotics, having colonics etc., but your gut won’t heal if you don’t work on your emotions. Who else can feel this connection between the mind/emotions and the gut?
