Chocolate Cake🎂

1.5 cups All purpose Flour
1 cup (200g) sugar
Half cup (42g) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (240ml) soy milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar
1 Flax Egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds + 3 tablespoons of boiling water, mix it all together and wait a couple of minutes before adding to the mixture)
Chocolate frosting:
1 and 3/4 (210g) powdered sugar
2 tablespoon (15g) cocoa powder
2 tablespoon (30ml) soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cook for roughly 20 minutes at 180 fanforced, depending how deep/shallow your cake tin is! Insert thin knife into the centre, when you pull the knife out, if it is completely clean, your cake is done. If theres still cake on the knife, leave it in the oven for a couple of more minutes then check again! Vegan, Dairy free, Egg free and most importantly.. Vegan!🌱🎂

The days I can almost talk myself out of going to the gym always turn out the best. My husbands been sick and lost his voice and I was feeling pretty much like 💩 all day. Added 1 rep to all my squat sets and a couple reps on some of my accessory work too. For squats getting in that 1 rep a couple times added up to an extra 530lbs to my total lift when it’s all added up💪 only got to video these 2 sets because someone wanted the bench 1 use to prop up my phone🤷‍♀️ oh and I these punk/rock covers of pop songs🎶 are some of favorite to get me pumped to workout.
