Hook grip confidence is slowly coming back 👌🏼

I did like 10billion Sets of squats & deadlifts today but completely forgot to record them😭, so by Default i i had to do some quick pause sets for the gram cause everyone knows "if you dont record your training sesh you didnt lift"😂 am i right?

Next week i start the longest meet prep i've ever done....all my workouts will be focused for the best performance august 11th in AZ! Yes, i know that's quite a while away but i'm breaking this meet prep into 4 phases (volume accumulation phase, volume overload phase, heavy accumulation phase and heavy overload phase)....as the time goes by, you'll see my thinking and implementation of these diff phases.....

YOU DON'T KNOW ME MAN YOU KNEW ME. Amrap sets are for the birds, but I guess I'm trying to fly 🤷🏼‍♂️ Nothing new, just over here working, and leaving unnecessary people/things behind.
452lb pull before the 463lb one from the other day, much less sketchy if I do say so myself. Excited to be back on a program next week and to see what I'll be able to pull in 11 weeks when I'm peaked again. Might try to get the BW up a couple of pounds as well but that's what I said last January and I'm no lie over 10lbs lighter now

Today was a tad rough but ended up okay. I came in this morning after little sleep and a pretty intense workout last night with the thought of do what you can and be happy. Happy I was, hips were tight af but still managed a decent squat for myself. Bench is still not there due to my neck and shoulder being wack but there's no shock for me there, happy to do what I can do.
