Why would you wait until after Christmas when you can start exercising now and prevent excess body fat gain? Drank the rest of my pre workout and crushed a cardio sweat sesh! It's necessary prep for Christmas cookie baking/decorating tonight. 🍪🎄 .
I am your typical Type A that enjoys organization, planning and knowing what's coming next! This morning I planned out the next three months of workouts and I am SO excited because in January we're releasing a BRAND NEW ABS AND ASS workout program that is 80 days long. 💪🏻 I need this commitment and program to take my body, goals and fitness to the next level. ((I'll post #transformations in a few!🙃)) but I want to find some Babes that one to lean out, build a booty, and carve out some abs with me come the new year.. 💕
