Want a quick ab circuit to add to the end of your workout? Try one of these or both, and you'll have your abs on fire 🔥afterwards 😀

Bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment are always best in my opinion for building a stronger core and tightening up the stomach.

Do each exercise for 30 secs with minimal rest in between and repeat for 3 rounds 💥

Lunch. Tuna, Goats Cheese, Caramelised Onion Chutney and Spinach Flatbreads. 330cals

Lazy cooking lunch! So delicious though!

Flatbreads are malted grain amd rye from @tescofood and have been in freezer; 2mins in the toaster and they are perfect.

Soft goats cheese with the tuna and chutney is always heavenly and was nice in something other than the usual couscous that I do.

160kg x4... Controlled reps, feeling every rep work. Throwing the weight around just isn't all that beneficial and it doesn't even look good for a video... If you can't do it right lose some weight from that bar!! Leave your ego at the door. .

Gym finito! 🖤 Week one down doing my own thing, managing my training and food. Learned so much off @larlar_doyle over the past 7 months and he got me back to a good place, eating all of the food! Combo to strengthen core + shoulders 💪🏽
If you really struggle with planks, crunches, push-ups....even burpees (which I despise and don’t do but another post on that...)you could just need to focus on improving core and shoulder strength. This combo helps with that! Even though I’m using light weights here, you could even just use bodyweight. Don’t be fooled might look easy but if you’re doing it correctly, it will be a challenge; as always shoulders relaxed and abs engaged. Try:
1️⃣Roll-up with overhead tricep extension and shoulder press x15 reps, rest and aim for x2 sets, repeat on other side
2️⃣Isometric Crunch with Punches x30 non-stop reps (if possible), rest and aim for x2 sets
Note make sure your overhead tricep extension is strong form with elbow to the ceiling, mine is slightly off because I have a long-term injury and my shoulders are slightly misaligned...making this a tough one for me!
Share especially with someone who wants to improve their #planks or #push-ups in a more creative way!

After a day off being sick with low calorie intake I wasn't expecting much from this session, so how surprised was I to hit another new PR!!

DAY 54!
So I’ve been debating on posting this since I took the picture on the 6th Feb and I’ve finally though ahhh whatever fuck it. I’ve drafted various posts that had this pic and a November pic.

These photos have made me realise that a month although short is long enough to make some progress. My body did actually look almost like this in the pic I took last November so it’s more of a bounce back than a I’ve never looked like this. Progress is still progress.

Since Jan I’ve been doing @kineticfitness_’s #100daysfitnesschallenge and rounded up loads of friends and fam to help us motivate each other. •
I focus mainly on doing resistance training and HIIT because it’s too rainy every weekend to run outside and the treadmill is SO boring. But I also make sure I do a lot of stretching and some yoga here and there.

I’m not going to do anymore side by sides until day 100 so I can compare it to day 4 because I didn’t take my pic on day 1. I’ll do them in the same clothes as well.

Also small small small abs are appearing gradually 😂 #transformation
