Transformations happen in all forms! I had to switch up my programs that I had been workout with and decided to give Body Beast with Sagi a try! Modified a bit but still nailing the workouts!
What transformations have been made.....
💪💪lifting heavier weights as in up 5-10 pounds in all weights increments I use
💪💪 mind strength- my mind had to accept that my workouts weren’t going to be fast and as sweaty as I am use to
💪💪definition in my arms that I hadn’t recognized until I took a look back tonight! No they aren’t bulging or smooth but there is definition starting to pop!
Yes to the girl whom has always had bigger arms and farm girl strong to the same farm girl but definition happening. My friends this is 5 weeks!
Can’t wait to see where the next 4 weeks lead me! Everyday...Strength, dedication and determination!
Mixing it up and the results are showing!
Listen here, I'm not going to sugar coat what I do as a coach. It's a lot of "behind the scenes" work that goes down. Yes, I get to work and earn an income before the girls wake up and after they go to bed. But it typically results in me not showering all day {{yes, even after my sweaty 6am workout}}. I'm sitting at my crowded and messy kitchen table, in the same clothes I've been in all day, laundry is half done {{but at least I got that far!}} we had leftovers for dinner {{ chris was too sick to eat last night}} but it was homemade yesterday!
And I'm spending my time now reaching out to new women wanting to join us, coming up with valuable content to add to my current members, and help create trainings for the new coaches joining our team! You see, any job i had, I just wanted to make a difference in someone else's life. And this provides that for me. So does nursing, but truthfully with the way things are going in the medical world, I'm losing my passion for it. It's becoming more about paperwork than it is about hands on care. I am just getting started building this thing into what it's going to become.. women empowering women! 💚 providing us a way to stay at home and raise our babies should we choose it. A way to live life on our own terms. I believe in helping, I believe in time, money and life FREEDOM, and I invite you all to open your mind to this opportunity and invest in you!! Growing up I couldn’t say the letter R. Try saying Amber Marie Seller when your R’s sounds like W’s 🙇🏼‍♀️😣 I used to get SO anxious/nervous before speaking in front of the class 😩 GAHHH 🙁🤷🏼‍♀️ I was shy and wouldn't speak up unless I was absolutely certain that I COULD say the entire sentence - I would rehearse it in my head over and over until it was my turn to stand 🤢🤦🏼‍♀️Those 2 mins felt like an eternity. Here I am, today, getting off an hour call with a new coworker and loved every minute of it!💕 LOOKATMENOW 🕺🏼🙌🏼 My team allows me to be myself & brings out the best in me. I LOVE the days I have virtual team calls because it's a space of self love, adding value and feels like you're hanging out with your besties. Train like a BEAST!! That's what I've been doing everyday since I started this program just last week.
I push play everyday because I WANT to. That's something that I never thought I would say.
I miss working out!! Whenever I go for long or short periods of time without working out, I start to feel bleh. Lazy. Bored. I start to find excuses not to workout and then I wonder why I'm so tired and groggy all the time. Well, it's because my body is adjusting to doing nothing!! Ever hear the saying "a body in rest, stays in rest. But a body in motion stays in motion"? Well I 100% agree with it. Whenever my body doesn't move for a few days, then I don't want to and that's a hard place to climb out of: but when I'm on my normal routine of working out everyday, my BODY is too so it's easy for me to push play everyday.
And, I LOVE the way I feel after my workouts, so why would I want to skip out on that? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't.
And you shouldn't either. If you're tired of your body being at rest and you're ready to put it in motion, DM me and together we can train you like a beast too.
The pictures aren't good (taken from video) and frankly, I'm not good at basketball. But, had fun running around while Carson was kicking my butt.

I don’t belong to a world class gym. I don’t work out for hours on end. I don’t take loads of supplements. I don’t sacrifice missing family time to work on being a healthier version of myself.

What I do is simple. I pick a program that suits my needs and my time and I follow my home. My equipment is a bench, some dumbbells, yoga mat and a couple of resistance bands. My supplement is one item. Just One. The rest is eating well from ideas and recipes that come straight from the programs themselves.

This is the most basic concept that I have ever followed and because I did, I’ve had the most successful results ever. So you can keep kicking the tires and asking questions about all of this but the fact of the matter is that if you’re willing to commit and put in the effort and you want to be a healthier version of yourself, then stop debating and decide that it’s now your time.

I'm gonna keep it 100% real with you. I'm gonna tell you the reason you aren't getting the results you want.
You're not being consistent & you are giving in to all your excuses!
Its not your kids fault, its not the products fault, its not because you don't have time, its not because "being healthy is expensive," its not because its hard-work, its not because "you just can't do it". . it's your own doing.
You can't create excuses in your head. Everyone's results are different.. The more consistent you are the better results you'll have.
