“little bone chickens” aka chicken drummies with Ronda’s ranch seasonings 🍗 and roasted broccoli 🥦. Side of pineapple (1/2 cup ~ 10 net carbs, I know it is not an S fruit, but I wanted it!!! Phew what day! My breakfast today was bacon and eggs with spinach, a solid deep S! Have some overnight oats in the fridge for the morning so I'm not tempted by the airport bagels... we have a sunrise flight to catch!

Y’all! @wendys has a new Southwest Avocado salad. It has warm grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, cheese, and comes with a southwest ranch dressing. I’ve never been so happy to eat a salad. 🥗🥓🥑💃🏼.

Quiet, chill time before bed! It took me a good 30 minutes to finish this.......Rowan wanted to be bounced in his bouncer seat several times haha:) It's a miracle -- second night in a row both boys are in bed by 9pm😁

Chocolate peanut butter fat bombs! Yum!
1st layer~
1/2 cup sugar free natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
Melt these 2 together and stir well.
Add 2 tbsp powdered pyure or THM gentle sweet, 2 pinches salt, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir well.
Put one Tbsp in each cup of a muffin tin.
Place tin in fridge until the peanut layer is set.
2nd layer~
1 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 tbsp powdered sweetener (to taste)
2 pinches salt
Stir well and add a full tbsp to each muffin cup on top of the cold peanut layer. Put back in fridge and keep it stored in fridge. #keto #ketosis #ketolife #ketochocolate #lowcarb #lowcarbhighfat #thm #thmsmeal #trimhealthymama #thmfoodie #skinnychocolate

New recipe tonight for dinner! Chicken Cakes (S meal), from trim healthy table cookbook! I am out of my trim healthy mama baking blend so I used ground oats. Mine look different than the picture in the cookbook, but isn’t that always the case. Regardless these literally melt in your mouth. I almost didn’t make the optional remoulade dipping sauce but man it really completes the taste! My two year old daughter inhaled her’s. She had strawberries and apples on the side to give her a healthy crossover.
