⚡Long Back Stretch vs Long Front Stretch⚡ The second doesn't really exist, I just practice it as a way to simulate a #muscleup 😄👊
Chest day today. Solid pump. Maintained focus for a majority of the workout and hit it hard. I started with super incline dumbbell flyes, then dropped to standard incline flyes, then moved to barbell incline bench, flat dumbbell flyes, iso-lateral bench press (plate loaded), decline barbell bench press, decline cable cross overs, incline cable cross overs, cable rear delts, EZ-bar skull crushers, cable tricep extensions, abs, seated calf press and killed it off with 2 minute push-ups.
