Have you ever hiked through the jungle? I have and it was unbelievably beautiful! We stopped at banana field, and I took this opportunity to practice yoga... Pure nature, pure air, pure energy 🙏☀•

Israel was my travel destination this year. My thought after spending a week in this country was how quickly everything changes in this land, from city to desert, from one religion to another and from intense culture to untouched nature, a land of extremes packed into a small box.
1. Tel-Aviv....when we arrived in Israel, our group was welcomed by a guide who promised us a journey to remember although at first the view was nothing out of the ordinary (trees and heat), but my view changed when we ventured into the city. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, street vendors and people from all over the world, but what I liked the most was walking on Yerushalaim Avenue and Jaffa Promenade.
2. Jerusalem....when I entered Jerusalem, I was amazed by the architecture and the diversity. I went to the Old City and wandered around the four quarters: The Christian Quarter, where the main site is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where you can join the hundreds from all over the world who have made a pilgrimage to witness the location where Jesus Christ was crucified and buried; The Muslim Quarter, where the main site is Omar's Mosque believed to be the place where the prophet Muhammed ascended to heaven; The Jewish Quarter, where the main site is the Western Wall considered to be the holiest place for prayer; The Armenian Quarter, where the armenians built a sanctuary and a monument in honor of the armenian martyrs. When you consider the long history and the importance of this city for Christians, Muslim and Jews and the fact that this city has been the scene of such conflict over the centuries, you'll want to take your time to contemplate and to comprehend it all.
3. Haifa....if you ever travel to Israel, make sure to go to Haifa to visit the Baha'i Gardens.
To sum it up, as the locals say it, Israel is a beautiful, conflicted, encouraging, bleeding and amazing country, so I'm going to return to this country because I liked the people, the culture, the history, the desert, the shaworma, the Old City, everything. #selfie #israel #traveltheworld #traveltheglobe #aroundtheworld #aroundtheglobe #instaselfie #instagood
