Face changes after 30lbs shedded. Don’t really know fat you were until you get skinny. Weight loss isn’t just about losing the weight. Its more about finding yourself and becoming the best version of you. To have more energy, less laziness and more focus. My world is now revolved around being HAPPY and HEALTHY - eating for the longevity of my health, and lifting weights is my kind of FUN!

Sure - you see me eating ice cream and dining out, having a drink or two - but it ain’t weekly (except for ice cream but I fit it in my macros😉) but it’s honestly about BALANCE and KNOWLEDGE

Watch for hype words and hidden sugars. “Sugar free” doesn’t mean that an item doesn’t have other sugars in it that act just like cane sugar in the body. Words like “all natural”, “natural flavors”, “fat free” can be put onto any unhealthy food label. After all, a bag of sugar is technically fat free 😉
