Yes please do them all!! But do remember, getting stronger in all rep ranges is key.
Say you do side laterals for sets of 20 with 10 lb dumbbell. If you get upto sets of 20 with 25 lb dumbbells Ur delts would have grown massively. ・・・

✅MYTHS:
👉Do lots of reps if you want to get cut.
👉Do less reps if you want to get strong.
.
So, which one do you do if you want to build muscle? Low, medium or high reps?
.
All of them!
.
1️⃣ Yes, there is an optimal rep range to build strength, typically the 1-5 rep range. Guess what? If you get stronger you build muscle. Look at power lifters, they are all usually pretty big. Why would you skip out on this one. 💪🏼
.
2️⃣ Then there is the “hypertrophy” (muscle building) rep range, typically between 6-12 reps. This is the optimal rep range for building muscle, but so are the others. 😜
.
3️⃣ Finally, we have the 12-20+ rep range which is the “endurance” rep range. This is the one people use to either burn out on or endurance athletes typically like to stick to. Guess what? It builds muscle, too, by adding more volume! 🏃
.
So, in short do them all! Don’t stick to just one.
