SLEEPINSUNDAY: Put your phones away. But seriously--do it. I'm a phone addicted and mine is turned off on airplane mode because it's that serious. If you're spending too much time looking at your phone at night or have anything in your room emitting blue light, those exposures can be severely disrupting to your circadian rhythms (making for very broken sleep). Take at least 1 hour before bed to turn off electronics and rid your room of anything emitting a blue light--and make sure they're not in baby's room either! This change alone will definitely improve the amount of time it takes fall asleep and that means better sleep for all involved! ⠀
