My journey of fitness in a nutshell for #transformationtuesday 😊 it’s a big week for us and I can’t help but feel very emotional, hugging my girls extra tight, looking through old pictures. Found this one from my first #tiubikiniseries ten weeks post partum! I fell in love with the process and here we are almost three years later 🤗 I’ve become stronger, more loving of myself and others, prouder, and have met so many amazing and inspirational women (some that I can even call true friends 💗). I will continue my intuitive eating for my macros and focus on LG, speed training for running, yoga, until my body needs a change. Thank you for your encouragement and love, girls. You’ve become a huge part of who I am 😊💗 only 1.5 weeks left of #lgfallchallenge 😅 my legs are still sore from Monday, not sure how I will manage tomorrow’s isolated glutes! Happy Tuesday babes!! Another day of workouts and clean meals in the 📚 Got a run in this am and did @laurengleisberg butt and core workout and ended/MURDERED my legs with @alexia_clark leg workout on her page today! Go do it! You may hate yourself in the process but damnnnn you’ll feel fine and everyone in the gym will be 👀 🔥🔥 **~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~** M1- was this AMAZE banana but coffee shoots with collagen peptides!
M2- were 2 of my protein pumpkin muffins

Today I learned an important lesson. I bought some innocent-looking peanut sauce from the store and used it to make this stir-fry. After I had already prepared my meal I realized that the sauce had more sugar than a King size snickers bar 👺. I ate it anyway, huge mistake because now I feel gross and really wish I would have eaten an actual snickers bar instead of this 😆 the lesson is that I should make things myself because they taste better and are a zillion times healthier. Bye, store-bought junk! 👋 workout today was 20 min cardio + arm daily moves from today & yesterday 💪

On the left➡️one year ago today, and on the right🔜29 weeks along (thanks time hop!). ••
This time last year we wanted so badly to be at the stage I’m at now, praying nightly for the little soul that’s growing inside of me. It was a long struggle, full of tears, questioning and prayer. One that I’m still wanting to share for any hopeful mamas out there, as that time was easily one of my most lonely experiences, despite my amazing hubby. ••
But, until then I’ll marvel at what a year does! I was determined to be my most fit last year and I’m extremely proud at how far I made it then. At the same time I’m extremely proud of the photo on the right, with a body that is making miracles while still carrying me through my daily workouts and adventures. ••
Transformation Tuesday can have many different looks friends, just as that beautiful body of yours will have many different looks and stages in life 😘
GOAL CRUSHER SPOTLIGHT!! Meet Tiffani!
When Tiffani and I first met in Facebook land last summer, she was a firm believer that at-home fitness programs couldn’t possibly work for her…she wanted to stick with her bootcamp workouts that she was doing a few times a week.
But eventually a new martial arts/boxing style program caught her eye, and Tiffani felt like she’d hit a plateau.
Despite already exercising regularly and eating healthy, she was struggling to lose the last 5-10 lbs that she wanted to lose. She already knew that she loved my monthly free challenges that she was participating in, so she decided to finally give one of my 30-day virtual challenges a try…and theeeeeeeen she was hooked haha! 😜
Tiffani realized through the meal plan that we typically follow that her portion size and balance of various food groups weren’t quite dialed in where they needed to be for her and her goals.
Adding her daily superfoods into the equation helped keep Tiffani full between meals, her hair and nails are growing much faster (a sign that things are working well on the inside!), AND she has only been sick TWICE in the last year (which anyone with a toddler will know is quite the feat lol! AND allows for fewer skipped workouts too 😉 )
Tiffani crushed her goal of losing the 10 lbs that she wanted to lose, but more importantly she’s more confident and feels better about herself! 🙌🏻 She’s actually gained back 4 of those lost lbs, BUTTTTTTTTT is more defined and toned than she’s ever been, so who cares!!! 💪🏻(yet MORE PROOF that the scale is full of 💩) What are her goals going forward???To maintain her success and continue with the meal plan and new workout programs!

a transformation doesn’t happen overnight. it takes time, consistency and hard work. it comes from the little decisions that are easy to make... but also easy not to make. every day isn’t going to be perfect but that doesn’t mean stop trying. don’t let another week come and go, commit to yourself 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Before and after: #tiutransformationtuesday. August to today. Before sucking it in. Today not at all. Just feeling better about myself, found some accountability partners @janowfitness @tiu_mrsmorris and @tiu_abbey25 and just trying to get through this semester with the best nutrition possible (with a couple of treats in between)
Started the day off rocky but ended it with yoga sculpt with @tiu_mrsmorris and off to trivia with some college friends. Feeling very sentimental and have gratitude with life despite the stress and anxiety. HAPPY TUESDAY #TIUTEAM!! 💕💕💕
Hiit didn't quite happen tonight. I brought our cat to the vet for a routine check-up which took an hour, and when I came home my husband suggested we take the pup for a walk again. Fine by me!! But of course we were hungry by the time we came home so luckily I had butternut squash turkey chili ready to go and I sautéed a huge head of broccoli. I nearly ate all the broccoli too 🙊 who doesn't go crazy over a big pile of veggies? Once I digest this #lcgmeal I'm going to start day 1 of the #lgabsplan and do 2 rounds of the new hiit routine posted today on the @toneitup website for my #pmwo. Fighting off hunger with this smoothie for a snack while I watch the Yankee game. The awesome color is from the frozen blueberries and wild blackberries I JUST picked. What I did: Organic frozen greens, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop @drinkorgain, frozen blueberries, fresh blackberries, and some hemp milk. Topped with more blackberries, cacao nibs, and bee pollen.

Wow ladies, just finished a little catch up, following @nehabeauty's #tiu21xnehabeauty schedule! I was not about to let a tired Monday set the pace for the whole week.

I did three rounds of today's DMs, the Total Body Mermaid Routine from the #tiubikiniseries, the Sizzlin' Summer HIIIT, and today's @asanarebel yoga routine. I also wore a little lipstick yesterday, and told myself I was strong in the mirror, a little #selfcare, thanks Neha! 😉

Tomorrow's goal: stay caught up and have at least 3 meals!

Procrastinating this run with some extra stretching 😏 For real though it's soooo important to stretch it out to keep your muscles healthy and ready to work hard for you!! I don't love to do it.
