Omg, you guys! I made these cupcakes for our member appreciation event last Friday and they were to die for!!! .
When you cook with essential oils, a little goes a LONG way! So you're getting so much value and big flavor. You also get all the health benefits of whatever oil you use... how can you go wrong? .
The recipe couldn't be easier!
Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
🔸️1 box white cake mix
🔸️15 oz can pumpkin puree
🔸️2 eggs
🔸️4 drops YL Cinnamon bark vitality EO
🔸️2 drops YL Clove vitality EO
Preheat oven to 350° F. Blend all ingredients well and bake for 15-18 minutes*. Top with cream cheese frosting. Devour!
* I made mini cupcakes and only needed to bake them for 10 minutes. .

Was craving for instant Ramen noodles as a late night snack but did not wanted all that sodium in my body at this time. So opted for this instead: fat free Greek yogurt for the protein with a medium banana for some good carbs and strawberries for the micronutrients. Macros for this meal: 20 grams of protein, 33 grams of carbs and 0 fat. 212 calories.
