Tonight I made an Italian luxury Eclairs made with hazelnut and Gianduja milk chocolate. I have certainly eaten my fair share of French Eclairs. I cannot say enough about how delicious these Eclairs are by adding Italian chocolate! You’ll fall in love with this dessert from the first bite! These beauties are piped full of creamy hazelnut praline; not too sweet and just the right amount of goodness, then dipped into chocolate. I love garnishing the top with toasted hazelnuts to make these extra special. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after dinner. They are absolutely divine and elegant.

Probably the finest traditional old school boozer in the East End. Not many of these left sadly and pleasingly you’re guaranteed no £15 Burgers or Craft Beer, 20 prams or pushchairs not taking up all the space and no tables reserved for eating. What you get at The Hare is colourful characters from all walks of life, affordable drinks, Football on the Tele, Pool Table, Pub mirrors aplenty (all Pubs need these) and a relaxed atmosphere to just have a drink and a chat. So, anytime you’re down the East End, don’t you hesitate to go. Check it out, at Cambridge Heath.
