Rien n'est facile dans la vie; il faut se battre pour tout, s'excuser pour tout, être jolie mais pas trop, intelligente mais pas trop, mangeuse mais pas trop... C'est usant.
Il y a plus d'un an, je décidais de m'enfermer dans un état d'esprit d'une affolante niaiserie afin de faire surgir le positif en tout. Même si ça m'a rendu obsédée par une chimère, jalouse et carrément folle, au moins, ça fonctionnait.
Aujourd'hui, je décide de peindre ma vie en rose. Ça ne m'empêchera pas de poursuivre mes combats, mais je dois le faire dans ma bulle, ou ma tête va finir par exploser.

It's been 15 days since my last workout and truthfully it's been tough without them.
I miss them tremendously. I didn't fully realize how just 30 mins each day helped me in so many ways.

Without these workouts the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing some undesirable things..

⬆️ Anxiety
⬇️ Moods
😴 Poor Sleeps
🍫 Poor Food Choices
🤷‍♀️ Not Feeling Myself

I find without my daily routine of working out and it allows other areas in my life to slip up. I find it easier to over indulge which leads to feeling gross and bloated 😫. I find my coping abilities is terrible and I allow simple things to overwhelm me 🙅🏼In turn, my moods are unpredictable 👿 and I am no longer getting restful sleeps 😴 I literally can not wait until I can get back into my daily routine of morning sweat sessions. I know the rest will fall right back into place... I'm trying to be patient but it feels like forever (... insert me stomping my feet and throwing a tantrum like a child 😂)

So... today, I decided to sneak a short, little upper body workout in with LIGHT weights (I pulled back out my 8lbs & 10lbs). I am feeling so much better now that I got my ❤️ rate up and I can feel the burn a little in the arms and shoulders.
