Inspired by @zuyapajackson's meal in London, I made savory saffron oats tonight with braised radish, mushroom, broccolini, & carrot finished with pickled sweet onion & parsley. Sublime.

Day 5 of cleanse and I literally hopped out of bed at 8am with a smile on my face. It is now 1:30p, and my whole day's to do list is done (And I'm serious about my lists, y'all). Reintegrating solid foods during the day, like this apple (at least what remains of it). It's always amazing how vibrant everything tastes after a cleanse - all of the senses engage and my entire being resonates with gratitude. 'Tis a wonderful thing to make conscious choices in one's diet that can shift one's whole experience of the world. 💖
