Fusion masala papad. A spicy, roasted lentil crisp with tomato, shallots, cilantro, and @woodyssmokehousenb candied jalapeños (cause I had no fresh chilies) along with some lime juice and secret spices on a garlic papad direct from Surat, India. Food presents are the best presents!
