At Own It Fit we like small, intensive, short outdoor classes. Wondering why?
1. Burn more fat
2. Increase stamina
3. Lose weight, keep muscle
4. Revved metabolism
5. Shorter workouts
6. You won’t get bored

🌈 I danced in a sea of colours today. An awesome installation for the @sydney_festival. 🌈 📸: Thanks to my insta husband and life partner for this perfect shot @carlocardona
I'm standing in a prison cell of Convict Precinct on @cockatooisland and I'm sure if I was in their shoes a few hundred years ago I won't be smiling but it does make a terrific backdrop for photography though. The backdrop reminds me of some ruins of Ancient Greece or Egypt at first glance but it's the solitary cells for convict solitary confinement used for punishment. If you are interested in history you can take the audio tour on @cocktatooisland and walk from location to location which are well numbered and easy to follow by a map to learn about another part of Australia's history. Convict confinement is only one part of Cocktatoo Island's history. It was also a reform school and a Australia's leading shipyard. Cockatoo Island is an awesome day trip or overnight trip on the weekend for something interesting and different to see, taste and do in Sydney! Happy Sunday evening and have a wonderful week ahead. Thank you so much for those who have been following my Instastories and my journey this weekend. It has been interesting bouncing around observations with those who have been there too or are thinking of going! ... I'm wearing white, the colour cockatoos and the colour of seagulls, probably the largest living species on this island. And boy have I learnt something about seagull behaviour! By the way, the Visitor's Centre offers earplugs if you don't want to hear seagulls squawking in the middle of the night! 🙌🏻👌😎☺️🤗 ...

Japan’s Gogyo Ramen is now open in Sydney! My review of @gogyo.au ‘s intense signature Kogashi (burnt) miso ramen, kogashi shoyu ramen and more is now up on the blog. Link in profile.

If there’s such thing as #weekendvibes
Does it mean staying home & doing nothing? Going to the beach? Having brunch with friends? Whatever it means, hope you have a good one 😉
