Today is Day 5 of this brand new program and I’m honestly loving it so far! I haven’t had any crazy cravings (and it’s 🦈 week so that’s impressive! 😜), and I’m feeling strong and actually enjoying the workouts! The new moves are challenging my body and I’m feeling lean already! Eff the scale, BUT I am down 3 pounds which is always nice to see 🙃 I’m experimenting with the meal plan in different ways. The timed nutrition is different for me, so I’m experimenting with more filling foods and today I’m bumping myself up to the next calorie bracket to experiment with that and see if I feel even better! My food this week though has been SO nutritious, and I can feel my body soaking it all up. My superfood smoothie is finally going to be here TODAY 🌱 so I’ll finally be getting ALLLLLL the nutrients my body requires daily again. And then had to slide a sweaty selfie in this collage of gorgeous food 💁🏻‍♀️ having a community of other women doing this with me (and Jeremy being on board) has been helping so much! I feel challenged and motivated by them and vice versa! I’m feeling confident as we head into the weekend as I’m making sure I’m planning ahead and have ZERO room for unplanned slip ups. Not because I feel like I need to be perfect, but because I’m ready for the challenge 🤓👊🏼 if you’re doing this program too, what’s your favorite day so far? Booty? AAA (Arms, Abs, Ass), or is it leg day?? ☠️
