4th round of 5 and went unbroken on every round. Hand grip is slowly getting better.

Last week I thought there was no way I would ever finish this workout without modifying or pausing. .
I hated it.
It was hard.
I wanted to quit.
That self-doubt started to creep in that maybe I'm not strong enough to finish this program. That maybe I should go back to phase 1. I can't hack it.
But I am chugging forward, no looking backwards! And you know what? Today I didn't die! And I felt powerful. And I got a kick a$$ workout!
Feeling stronger everyday! .

Wednesday work out complete on a gorgeous morning. Getting up and getting your workout done first thing in the morning is a brilliant way to start the day. Energy levels are high for the rest of the day!! #fitat44
There's nothing quite like an early morning :45 minute cardio sesh to kickstart your day. MY WORD. He wasn't kidding when he said this is the hardest workout of the whole program.
It was challenging, but it was easier than Monday. And, since it's the same video... that means I got stronger 💪🏼 -
Also, I lost another pound. So that's super exciting! It's so cool to see my body change and get stronger.
SO happy I made the decision to become a challenger and coach!!

Little video from last night.... so really tried to push myself on the leg extension (just want defined quads) so I did... 9 sets of 10 - 25lbs
3sets of 10 - 40lbs
I know people may look and me like “that’s easy” or “that’s so light” but all that matters is that I pushed myself and my legs were shaking after so 💪🏼
In dire need of a gym buddy once I’m not so sick please! 💪🏻💪🏻
