We love to think of ourselves as bold, courageous, fierce and brave. Big strong, powerful words. 👊🏻⭐️💪🏼 But ultimately the most powerful word of all is kindness. Think about it 🤔
Kindness matters. Kindness is key and kindness is necessary. 💕

Kindness to others and kindness to ourselves. 😘

Switch off that inner voice that tells you you aren’t good enough, that you will fail, that you are ugly, that you aren’t worthy of the success you deserve, that you are a rubbish mum/friend/wife, that compares you to the woman sitting opposite. This inner voice takes pleasure in dragging you down.
STOP. Talk to yourself with kindness and compassion. You are one in a billion.

Taking time to relax last night, hubby took the kids to karate, so it was just me a junior for an next hour, bliss 😍

This bridge variation is excellent for upping the intensity of the regular bridge by adding some elevation.
The bridge is a winner when it comes to targeting our entire ass and core. In fact, it’s one of the best exercises to strengthen the gluteus medius muscles – one of the three glute muscles responsible for giving us that peachy bum 🍑 #strongertogether
