It doesn't get easier. YOU get stronger!
Getting stronger isn't just physical. While I know I'm getting physically stronger, my mental strength is being tested too.
Waking up earlier than you have to isn't easy. Especially now that it's getting colder. Who wants to leave their nice warm bed? Not this girl! But since I've started this journey, I have becoming mentally stronger. I have learned the difference between "I don't want to" and when my body is telling me it needs more rest. When it's the first, that's when I make myself get up and get it done. Otherwise, I know I'll be mad at myself. If it's the latter, well then I let myself rest.
This morning, I actually woke up before my alarm and was ready to start the day. I didn't let my mind get the best of me and I got out of bed, changed my clothes and got a great upper body workout in. A workout in the morning always makes me feel accomplished and ready to tackle the day.

If you are struggling to take action or constantly find yourself making excuses and putting things off this I recommend checking this book oit. I'm listening to this on audio right now and loving it. It is really simple but has really made a difference. .

These pictures don't always get easier to take.
Yes, I have a daily routine that keeps me energetic and agile and overall, healthy.
Yes, I am happy with the progress that I've made and the changes I've seen head-to-toe.
But I've been better.
I've been more disciplined.
I've felt stronger.
And I want that back.
So I'm treating today like it's the first one. I'm establishing a new beginning, because sometimes we stray a little too far away from great habits and turn them into just OK habits.
I want to be great.
For the next 10 days I'm going to commit to me and make my body a priority, because know I can be better.
Anybody else want to come along for the ride? 💪🏻☀️💦

I'm just gonna hang out doen here for a bit....😥😓💦💦 Cardio sweat sesh this morning was a combo of felt good and almost died. 😂😂 Who says you can't get a good workout in at home?! I challenge them to do my workouts and I think they'd change their minds!

This weekend I went up north to take a super step back from my known life to see something different,.. I discovered I could stand some changing, how ever I also discovered that more people live in fear of loss, rather than the willingness to take hold of what is good that's right before or in front of them everyday. Yes it's very easy to "say I can't", or "there is too much at stake" or "too much had happened to fix this",.. and even "this thing seems so right but I'll just..." But in truth we all need to allow love to be our guide. We can't help how we want to think we feel, but we can feel differently. Our existent is more then this ever spoken of "moment" we are taught about, but rather the seconds we choose to be that make up each moment we pretend to live.

Happiness is the key,? Or is it love or is it security or is it just simple.? life's to be lived and not over drawn or over done.
In my seconds of change of what was to what is. I am who I choose to be. A happy existent living in this second enjoying the moment excited about the further of my loving life, and I am secure with what ever come.

Nothing makes you feel strong, and ready to take on the world than some weights at 5 in the morning! Isometrics burns so good!!
I’m bouncing around Beachbody on Demand for a little until my eyebrows heal up. But I always go back to this program! H&C one of my favs!!
