The burn was real and my finisher of the stair climber well let’s just say it left me with a “glow” 😊💪🏽b12 done this morning new program booked for next Monday super excited to see more results. Last few weeks been hard b12 been low and diet had slipped its amazing what too much alchol and sugar does to you 😝felt tired, heavy and yuck 🤢 all the time a few days of more water and no crap seriously lifts your mind and body 💛💛💛💛
I can’t wait to see what next 8 weeks bring! Now to hit the Salon for the start of a new hair makeover super 😜 excited 😊 happy tuesdays everyone xxx

So this was me last weekend attempting a PR of 67.5kg on squat and well, it didn't end well😂My belt dug into my ribs and I got stuck under the bar, and I panicked. Total body Cardio is competed ✅ I cannot lie , I am on the struggle bus this week! But every time I think of quitting or missing a workout I remember all the amazing things having good health and being fit gives me.
