The Smith Machine does serve a purpose: To finish back day I focused on my traps more by doing Behind The Back Shrugs (slow&controlled TUT reps) because I'm targeting more of the desired muscle&feels more controlled&stable on the Smith, then for the hell of It I super-settled more shrugs with that box for Its narrow side gripping just to get blood In my muscles. Even a flu doesn't stop me from doing this crazy shit😏

Är så glad över att jag äntligen lyckas göra någorlunda bra böjar(i smithen, men ändå 😬), i och med att jag tidigare varit så stel i höften och därmed inte kunnat gå ner så djupt utan att böja mig för mycket framåt.
