Ab definition is slowly re-appearing after a two month bulk and bathing in Oreos lol.

Deadlift progress!!😬 130 x 3 today. Nothing massive but the most comfortable and smooth a deadlift has ever felt for me! Admittedly the deadlift is an exercise I’ve always avoided in favour of squats obviously but the last couple of months of practice is starting to pay off!

If this isn't a grammable breakfast then I don't know what is 🤷🏼‍♀️I saw similar on @courtneypruce page yesterday and just really fancied it today. I too am one of those freaky people who likes vegetables for breakfast 😂 it's like the 2nd time I've ever made poached eggs and I sautéed courgette, peppers, onions & spinach as they are all I had in but it was still delish! All set up for hump day 😆

Ended today's workout with this ab circuit plus 15 minutes on the stair master! It's a love hate relationship you know... my abs and I. So I throw a few exercises into a circuit, bust it out and here we are

1️⃣ 10 reps plank tuck in to around the world | towels or socks work just as well as the sliders I'm using

2️⃣ 10 plank tuck ins lols my abs were already crying

3️⃣ 10 toe touch crunch to knee crunch each side

4️⃣ 10 leg lifts with tuck in on way up and down

Complete each movement, rest after the circuit and repeat for 3 sets!
