My new goodies of the week! Whoever said hospital food is bad, never worked for providence 😂 Pulled pork wellness bowl minus the sauce and sub rice for zucchini. Soooo freaking good! Also took my @sportsresearch CLA 30 minutes before my meal with two glasses of good old water. The supplement helps me get full fast and stay full for a looong time! I've also noticed that it helps my energy levels like cray cray. When I get home from working I actually have some drive to workout!

Good morning friends! I know I have a lot of new followers lately joining me from @fatgirlfedup ‘s dietbet game. Some of you may be new to Keto, so I wanted to share my morning routine with you. For me, it’s ALWAYS bulletproof coffee. With Keto, you need plenty of healthy fats for your body to burn so I like to start off with this every morning because it gives a jumpstart to my metabolism. To my coffee I add all of the above... 1tbsp each of grassfed butter, mct oil, heavy cream, and @torani sugar free sweetener. You must BLEND this up or it will be chunky and the oil will float on top. I use an emulsion blender but you can also use a frother or a regular blender. I also add a scoop of collagen peptides, it’s great for hair, skin, & nails (see my post from last week about this.) This IS my breakfast. I don’t eat a traditional breakfast because I like to practice intermittent fasting. So I wake up, make bpc and eat nothing until about noon-1. I give myself a 6 hour eating window and when that closes I eat nothing until the next day. I don’t count bpc as breaking my fast because it just fuels me to fast a little longer. High healthy fats help to boost your metabolism, the supply enough calories to keep you sustained and you will not be hungry or have food cravings, and they help to put you into ketosis a little faster. If you are doing Keto, you NEED healthy fats as your body starts to burn these fats instead of sugar.
