Friday has kind of become what amazing thing did @mofitness_lessproblems make recently that I should repost 🤔

We love smoothies for all the same reasons she lists in her caption.

🙈I don’t think most people would ever drink the ones I make for myself. Lindsay’s are much more appealing.
.
My smoothies follow a very simple rule. What items can I blend together that will give me the macros I’m looking for and I can mask the taste with 1 cup of frozen blueberries. That’s it!
.
An example of this is one of my favorite lunch smoothies:
🐔Chicken Smoothie 🥚
4 oz grilled chicken breast (unseasoned)
3 hardboiled eggs
3 TBSP Chia Seeds
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen spinach/kale
3 cups water

You know what I love so much about smoothies?? I love that you can put so many different ingredients in a smoothie and every time it'll taste delicious! It's pretty hard to mess one up. Another thing I love is that it's such a healthy snack. You can add essential nutrients such as fats, protein, fruits and veggies! Smoothies all the way baby!! 🙌👌🏻

1frozen banana chunk
1/2 avocado
1 scoop @vega_team protein powder 1 tbsp @bellplantation powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp cocoa powder

I don't know about you guys but fall is one of my absolute favorite times for fresh produce and baking! Those two things are exactly what inspired this Pear Pie Smoothie: ~ 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower ~ 1/2 cup steamed-then-frozen zucchini & yellow squash ~ 1/2 D'Anjou pear (or preferred pear variety) ~ 1 scoop @vega_team vanilla protein & greens
~ 1 heaping tbsp @wild_friends sugar cookie peanut butter (plus a little more to drizzle on top)
~ 1 dash cinnamon ~ 1 1/2 cup @so_delicious unsweetened coconut milk

Swirled my body then swirled this smoothie bowl 🍓🌀 locally grown pears • organic berries • celery • 1/2 of one very expensive lilikoi • goji berries • dates • a bit of hemp powder • cinnamon • pb2 + rieshi swirrrllll .:. Blended frozen banana, fresh pineapple, spinach, chia, a few pieces of frozen cauliflower to bulk it all up, #amazinggrass greens, #orgain vanilla protein,🥑 half an avocado, lots of fresh ginger, and a bit of almond milk.
