Sunny but cold days are so deceiving because my eyes day yes to smoothies but the temperature says hell no🙅🏻‍♀️ throwing it back to the hot summer days when I could enjoy an açaí bowl without wearing a million layers AND wrapping myself in a down comforter🙄 but smoothies are so good, they’re totally worth turning into a popsicle for💯 the recipe for the best açaí bowl ever is below for those of you who smoothie all year long👑

1-2 packets of @traderjoeslist acai (depends on how strong you want the flavor)
1 cup frozen cauli
1/2 a frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
2 handfuls frozen spinach
1/2 tsp @navitasorganics maca
2 tbsp @sunfood vanilla protein
1 scoop @furtherfood collagen peptides (use code BANANA10)
1 scoop @amazinggrass greens powder
1 cup homemade nut milk using @elliesbest nut milk bag (use code "wholesomebanana")
2/3 cup or less of water

blend everything up until it gets nice and smooth, adding water as needed. Top it off with strawberries, bee pollen, mulberries, and cacao nibs

1.5 cups water
1 cup mango
1 scoop raw plant based protein powder (optional)
2 cm cubed of ginger
2 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon

Always good to start the day with a good natural juice or smoothie !!
Instead of relying on pills to get food supplements ... eat the right food !
Many #fruitsandveggies are full of #vitaminc
In this #breakfastsmoothie I have added #oranges #carrots #papaya and #lemons ... sprinkles of #coconut for the extra taste
Now I am full of energy for the day!

Ombre pitaya smoothie 🍍🍌🍓 + @pink_fud ——————————————
1 🍌
6 cubitos de 🍍
2 🍓 congeladas
1-1-2 cucharaditas de pink fud
1/2 taza yogurt griego 🌱
2 cucharadas leche almendra 🥛
Miel si quieren 🍯 1 cucharadita (yo no le puse)

Licuar todo junto, primero con solo 1 cucharita de pink fud, servir un poco en el vaso, agregar a lo que queda en la licuadora 1 cucharitas de pink fud y servir sobre la capa anterior, agregar 2 cucharitas de pink fud a lo que queda y servir la ultima capa. Toppings: granola, fresa y frambuesas.

Sunday morning meditation with @headspace followed by a dark green smoothie. 🌱

Lately I am loving using this app, although I meditate every morning I started using @headspace about a week ago following along the “basics” meditation. It’s always nice to switch things up and this app provides the tools and perspective to quiet your mind. 💭 Happy Sunday loves! 💕

P.s. this smoothie is:
1 cup oat milk
1/3 cup water
1 scoop @ergogenics vanilla protein
1 tsp cashew butter
1 scoop spirulina
1/3 cup frozen zucchini
1/3 cup frozen avocado
1/2 cup frozen banana
Handful of spinach
1 tbsp brain octane
Topped with: pumpkin seeds and goji berries

I realised 2 things last week.
1- a lot of my meals feel like a chore.
2- I mentally run better on a empty stomach.
These 2 facts made me decide to drastically change my diet from 4 smaller meals a day to 2 large meals a day. I'm starting a lean clean bulk so...
- 1 XL smoothie (no fast digesting carbs such as fruit etc.)
- 1 large cooked fish or veg meal within an approx 4 hour eating window (intermittent fasting).
Its going well so far. This 2000+ calorie smoothie recipe I made is tasty and saves loads of time. Very thick, filling, and digests quickly. Try it if your looking to add calories to your diet or simplify your food.
Drink your greens.🌱It’s all about balance and my journey with intuitive eating sometimes means cake & pizza, sometimes means a refreshing green monster. This guy was delish and used up a bunch of my leftover produce!(( Half a cucumber, frozen banana, spinach, pineapple, matcha, hemp seeds, ormus super greens, protein powder, water. Blend on high and serve immediately.)) #vegan .
