Patience! What I have struggled with all my life (even til this day)! But the one thing I do know is that having a lack of patience has gotten me NO WHERE (especially with fitness)! - -
If you lack patience when trying to shed fat you will find yourself making quick temporary changes to your workout routine and nutrition plan for no reason other than the results aren’t coming fast enough. I implore you to PLEASE stick to the plan you have decided to use; and follow it to the T! - -
You will never know if something works if you abandon ship every 2 weeks or modify it because you think its not working. Find a plan you like, follow the recommended calorie/ macro intake, adhere to the workout program and any other guidelines for the prescribed duration. Have patience, don’t rush it and I promise you results will come!

День третий.
Я только пришла со школы, в школе плохо. Сегодня опять не общалась ни с кем. Лол. Абстрогироваться - это мой конёк.
Перейдём к приемам пищи.
Завтрак: гавайская смесь (250г)
Обед: мандарин, яблоко, яблочный (200мл) сок
Полдник: яблоко
Ужин: будет, но не планировала, что -_-
Дочитала бойцовский клуб. Чувствую освобождение.

Обстановка в школе переходит в нагнетание. Мне хочется воткнуть ручку в глаз соседки по парте. С каждым днём это желание растёт. Завтра посижу одна, нужно расслабиться.
И ещё завтра планирую навестить друга и поздравить его с наступающим 23 февраля. Очень соскучилась.
Надежда есть, настроение возросло в тот момент, когда я вышла из школы.

Какой же крутой цвет волос у меня был 😳💜😁 но я классическая "баба" 🍦🍔🍕 которая любит вкусняшки и хочет быть стройной с крепким мышечным корсетом)
Это я к чему... Иду к своему совершенству мелкими шажками 🐾
Мелкими т.к. наше тело не любит форсированных действий - издевательств/насилий в виде внезапных обжорств, голодовок, а следом тонны кардио и прочего мракобесия. 😒👹
Скажу сразу, я за гуманность в пищевом поведении, могу позволить себе блины с медом, при этом не получить от тела баБАХ в виде внезапных +5 кг на весах. Или как научить свое тело распределять правильно (а не в жир) поступающую внутрь энергию / Или как есть блины каждый день и оставаться стройной 😏
Вот для сравнения 65 кг🐖 сочного поросёночка и 58 кг среднестатистической госпожи👯 разница год
Год! свободы, удовольствия, психологического комфорта и спокойствия... !!!!! 🎉
а самое сладкое... форма то меняется! Да на блинах, но помимо них я ем горы🗻 полезной пищи 🍯
Да, до идеала ещё далеко, но зато как хорошо на душе, товарищи!!!!! 😍😄 🐻

И я никуда не готовлюсь выступать, мне просто нравится физическая активность и молодость! Т.к. без этого всего ты начинаешь разваливаться уже после 25 и выглядишь как сморщенный изюм или старая батарейка которая вот-вот лопнет.
А, вспомнила, так #яжетренер ещё) Зря училась что-ли 💪😏 *скромница*

#transformationtuesday My body type has always been thin, but that doesn’t mean I was in shape.
On the left, you might see someone who was fairly fit but what you don’t see is that the person on the left got winded and out of breath just by walking up the stairs in the house! I was #skinnyfat Thin but out of shape and unhealthy.
On the right, 7lbs heavier and more healthy than ever. I’ve successfully completed 3-5k races (2 of them were OCRs) and I’m signed up for the #spartan races to get my first #trifecta Plus I’m signed up #cggames And and additional 5k OCR.

If you caught me on the street you might look and say hey he’s in pretty good shape. Truth of the matter is I’m skinny fat and won’t be turning heads at the pool or beach anytime soon.

That being said I don’t hate myself but I am working on my body to tighten things up and be in the best shape of my life so I’m doing things like going to bed early, preparing my meals for the week so I eat well and making sure I’m exercising regularly.
.
Something else I’m doing to help accelerate the process and maximize my fat loss is utilizing the Royal King 21 system.

🛠Royal king gives me a focused energy boost first thing in the morning which helps for early morning workouts and curbs my hunger cravings .
🛠T-21 regulates my thyroid and increases my metabolism to burn more calories .

Here’s a little Transformation Tuesday for ya!
I was never really what you’d call “fat” I was more of the new term, “skinny fat”. I had no muscle, drank my calories, and was living it up in college. Would you believe I weighed almost the exact same in each picture? Well I did! Probably actually less in the left, I think I weighed 125 in the left and 130 in the right!
Just goes to show you, the scale doesn’t matter, and what you put in your mouth does!

I decided to make a “Beginners Guide to Weightlifting Series” to help new lifters in the gym. -
The Big 4: The squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press are the some of the most popular and effective compound movements (use of more than one muscle group) used in the gym. Doing all these exercises will give you a full body workout, help you build muscle and lose weight. - -
Get familiar with all of these exercises and learn how to do them correctly. This will take time and repetition to learn the proper form to avoid injuries. A great book to read: Starting Strength Basic Barbell Training by Mark Rippetoe. In my opinion this book does a great job at explain how to do these movements and Youtube it!
