Hello baby side abs! 😱Honestly, you can only see them because I was forced to cut during my flu last week 😂 Finally recovered & managed to hit the gym for the first time in a week! I lost a bit of strength when I was sick, but nevermind, onwards and upwards! ✨💪🏼

バンダイの完成品「オーラバトラー ズワウス」です。手元にに届いてビックリ!箱がでかいです。
本体は羽根を展開させたら約65cmくらいは有ります。飾る場所に困るサイズですね(^_^;) 細部の作り込みが細かく素晴らしい造形です。これでサーバインを手に入れたら、劇中のバトルが再現出来るのですが、サーバイン入手はなかなか困難。

とりあえずはズワウスのみで飾ります☆

Sling or TRX core training, watch to have your lower back ALWAYS straight!!!!!
1. set knee to elbows hold for 10-30sec and 10-20 slow control reps
2. set straight legs hip up holding for 10-30sec and 10-20 slow control reps
3. twisted knee to elbow on the right side for 10-20sec hold then the left side same time like right side and then 10-20 slow control reps 3-5times per week
