Shrimp n' Vape ery day 🍤 💨
💪 I wrote this workout for all my friends that love a good upper body pump 💪

About the workout:

1️⃣It starts with just bench, do 3 challenging sets of 8 reps leaving 1-2 reps in the tank. On the 4th set you will do a ‘rest-pause set’ where you go to near failure, rack the bar, rest 15s, then repeat 2 more times. You might expect to get 9 reps, 5 reps, and 3 reps respectively and be TOAST by the end.
2️⃣Grouping 2 is a push - pull combo I really like mostly because you can use the same bench the whole time and I love efficiency.
3️⃣Part 3 is a sneaky one. Pick a challenging weight for 10 reps of 1-Arm rows, and alternate right and left sides with no additional rest between sets. It’ll sneak up on you.

4️⃣Lastly some good ol’ high rep arm work, because #armfarm

I may sound a bit pretentious but my new favorite snack is called Crevett. You can pick-up Crevett at select grocery stores such as No Frills. These bite sized shrimp flavoured rice chips are packed with shrimpy flavour. If I can make one recommendation this holiday season it would be to grab several bags of Crevett and give them out as gifts. Your guests will be very pleased! Make sure to keep a bag for yourself 🍤🙌

I slid in a ditch because of the ice on Friday night WE couldn't open on Sat. because of the ice so I made a phone call and said let's go get shrimp!! GOT TO KEEP PUSHING! FRESH SHRIMP ON THE WAY! COME SEE US THIS WEEK! #SHRIMPLIFE #ILOVEWHATIDO
