#throwback to my mid bulk! I started cutting down on February 15th (because let’s be honest... I ate a crap ton of food on Valentine’s Day). My goal is to keep my booty! 🤞🏼 🍑 --------------------------------------------------

Day 51 of the year 2018. How are those new year's resolutions going? The truth of the matter is being fit is a lifestyle, not a trend. If you can't imagine sustaining your routine for life, it's just a short-term plan. Temporary effort equals temporary results. Here are a few tips:

1. Every Sunday set realistic WEEKLY goals. How many times do you want to lift/do cardio? 2. Keep a journal! (I prefer pen and paper over apps but let's save that for another post.) Did you workout when you said you would? Check that day. Log your workout. Are you getting stronger/faster? 3. Celebrate the small victories! Allow yourself to be happy over a pound lost or a new personal record in the gym. Record this achievement in your journal and strive for progress, not perfection. #TheGroomingHub
