Squat is the best exercise to build strong, muscular legs and of course, a firm butt😏. Squat is a tricky workout, if you missed a small detail in getting the right position you might get injured. Most important thing is not putting load on your back and you’ll live. You wanna warmup really good before doing squats, and by warming up I mean knees and back. In addition to increasing weights gradually even if you had to add some warmup sets (with low weights) in order to get to your maximum weight. Be patient and you’ll end up adding a lot of weights👊🏽 and oh, you gotta breathe correctly. (exhale when going up, inhale when you’re going down)

تمرين السكوات من أقوى تمارين الرجلين، اذا بينعمل صح طبعا. الوضعية هي أهم اشي بهاد التمرين، و أغلب الناس بتلعبه غلط و بتنصاب.
ملاحظات خفيفة لطيفة:
١. أكيد التحمية بالذات للناس الي بتزيد أوزان فيه، و للسكواتس تحديدا مهم تليين الظهر و الركب.
٢. زيادة الأوزان تدريجيا، لا تستعجلوا على زيادة الأوزان، اذا بتعملوا تمرينكم صح اتأكدوا انه الأوزان بتيجي مع الوقت.
أنا شخصيا بضيف جولتين بالأول، أول جولة بلعب البار فاضي عشان ألين عضلاتي، و التانية بحط وزن ١٠ كيلو على كل جهة، و هو وزن خفيف بالنسبة الي بس الهدف منه كمان تليين.
اصبروا عرزقكم، بيوم من الأيام ما كنت أحمل ١٠ كيلو، بس حاليا بحمي فيهم💪🏽
٣. التنفس التنفس! مهم جدا يكون الشهيق مع النزلة لتحت، و الزفير مع الطلعة لفوق، و ذلك لمنع الاصابات كالافتاك سيداتي سادتي.

Shredded or nah ?! 😜 #tb to 2015 right before I competed at bcs and qualified for Nationals . Still the biggest class I've competed in with well over 20 of bcs top athletes 💪 ..

This was my favorite prep so far.. I feel like it wasn't too draining and I came in pretty perfect and full on show day... I wrote a prep journal for this one with absolutly everything I did so I will be resorting back to this for my next contest prep 💯 ..

Lets talk about standards. I learned from my boy @tonyrobbins that your standards define your success. Well how does apply in the weight room? I did this same weight before about 2-3 months ago. The first time i did this i just wanted to get 2 or 3 reps but i ended up getting 4. This time i set my bar high. I said I'm going for 5. I missed the 5th rep but the point is that i made up in my mind that no matter how good or bad im feeling...im always gonna get this weight for 4 reps. I keep setting the bar extremely high and thats why i continue to make improvements

My top set of 5 on the deadlift turned in to a top set of 7❗️🙀 In the matter of UNDER 2 WEEKS my 3 rep max on the deadlift turned in to my 7 rep max❗️1. December I managed to pull 3 reps on 308 lbs (140 kgs), and now that 308 lbs (140kgs) has turned in to 7 solid reps❗️😻

Early morning deadlift session. 405 lbs for 3 reps with RPE of 8. I am focusing on strength right now at least till winter is over. Looking forward to breaking my PRs.

Got confused thinking today was chest day when it should have been rest day. Sound similar 🙈 anyway. Felt good moving 180kg slow and controlled. 🦍
