Liams boxing and fitness are improving at a very good rate. This is the 3rd boxing fitness session we have done, he has never training boxing before, brilliant effort everything looking sharper, the hands are up.

⭕️ - Making significant strides in terms of conditioning as a Bodybuilder is like walking a tightrope..... you either swing to hard to the left (condition) and fall off, plummeting to your death 😳 or you swing to hard to the right, aiming to maintain fullness for too long, being afraid to dig, and again, plummet 😰.

⭕️ - Ride the tightrope well however.... and you could end up in a pretty good spot. THIS takes extreme patience and enough time 💰, time is MONEY when it comes to contest prep, especially as a drug free athlete 🔑.

In my experience fat tends to store differently on each person. Females tending to get more on stomach, thighs and glutes and males to get more under chest and back and sides.. at least that the case with me, my back is where I tend to hold it the most. #flexfriday #flex

Offseason gains are always fun. Not only are you more flexible with your diet, but this is where a lot of the work is put in. I enjoy getting stronger and training with heavier weights. With that being said if your goal is to grow, you have to be willing to eat and lose some leanness. You will look softer, but its necessary to grow. Anyone can get lean at any point, but to get that muscular look, you have to have the muscle built up underneath. It takes a lot of time and dedication to do so, but if you want it bad enough its not impossible. Be on the lookout, next year when i compete im going to have a much more fuller and muscular package 😉#roadtothepros

Thankfully tracking our calories and macros on MFP means we can eat out with ease and stay on track for our goals. It's your choice if you want to eat outwith your goals, but we 99% of the time will incorporate these meals into our daily or weekly calorie target 🎯
