Dog Push Up:

This movement helps to build the strength in the back, while building arm strength and lengthening the hamstrings. It stabilizes core muscles as well

Start in down dog and shift forward onto ball mounds of feet and bend elbows while securing them in so they don’t splay out during the hold. Keep hips up and head forward. Holding for ~ 5 seconds

Walking feet in closer will make the movement more challenging

Aim for 5 sets with 3-5 second holds in each
