I have trouble getting my heart rate up on days I train chest so I’ve started adding more cardio moves into my weight training on those days. This exercise will not only get your heart rate up but get your arms sore 😅 try it out! I’m using a 10lb plate, 4 sets for 30 seconds .

LANDMINE PRESS (Lol first of all sorry if I blinded you with my whiteness)

This is an EXCELLENT exercise for hitting the upper chest. It’s maybe the most unique exercise I’ve ever done, but ever since I’ve begun including I️t in my regimen, the hypertrophy in my chest has been phenomenal. The function of the pecs is to bring the arms together, which you are keeping constant throughout the entire movement. A GREAT EXERCISE FOR BUILDING THAT UPPER SHELF🤙🏼
