My mornings are my “me” time but lately they’ve become more “us” time. Brodie has been waking up SUPER early... I’m pretty sure on purpose to workout with me 😆. I love having my time but I was thinking this morning as he crawled out the door during my meditation, there will be plenty of time for more “me” time. I won’t have this forever. THIS is why I started my business from home. THIS is why I work so hard so I can continue to stay home and provide more for my family. I can’t get back the time with my older boys... god, I wish I could 😭 but I’m here now. ❤️ He makes working out more fun anyways 😉 oh and when he gets knocked out 😳 he’s pretending to be knocked out haha No baby was injured in the making of this video 🤦🏼‍♀️ 25 minutes today 👊

Best part about my job is that I have freedom to still do the things that are most important like ~~~ spending time with family~~~. Who doesn’t love an afternoon bowling???

Working out 🏋🏻‍♀️ has never been my cup of tea ☕️ #justsaying 🤷🏻‍♀️, but I do it anyway. Every single day it's a struggle, but I push through it by simply putting on my workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ clothes on, lacing up my sneakers 👟 and most importantly, thinking 🤔💭 about why I started my journey in the first place, that ALWAYS gives me the motivation I need to start. Motivation will never come on it's on, YOU have to CREATE IT DAILY!!! I've been out of commission for two weeks for medical reasons and I have to tell you, I MISSED not being able to workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ #ICantBelieveIJustSaidThat😳. It felt good getting back into it!
