熊本の郷土料理だご汁でほっこりひと息♪
「だご」とは熊本弁で「だんご」のこと。簡単に作れて、腹持ちが良いことから、忙しい農家の人が作るようになったのがはじまりなんだとか。
きのことカブは免疫力を高めてくれるので、お疲れな時におすすめなレシピですよ^^

たよりの白茶 だご汁アレンジ
【材料】(1人前)
[お出汁/スープ]
みそポタ:たよりの白茶 1袋(160g)
水 100ml
昆布 1g
[だんご]
小麦粉 30ml
水 15ml
塩 少々
[トッピング]
ごま油 大さじ1
白いりごま 小さじ1
乾燥ねぎ 0.5g
カブ 1/2個
菜種油 小さじ2

【作り方】
1)こんぶを水につけ、2~3時間おいたら火にかける。沸騰する前に昆布を取り除く。
2)1)の出汁にみそポタ「たよりの白茶」を合わせ、弱火にかける。
3)小麦粉に塩と水を加え、だんご(だご)を作る。
4)水500ml(分量外)を沸かし、だんごを茹でる。浮かんできたら、ざるにあげる。
5)カブを菜種油でソテーする。
6)2)のスープにごま油を加え、具材を盛り付け、トッピングを飾る

This past weekend things heated up as the 8 @hawkscholarship finalists went head to head in the kitchen for their final cooking challenge. Congratulations to chef Connor Sperling on winning this year's competition and to all the other finalists who did such an amazing job and put in so much hard work. #cookwithzwilling
Went to @jinramennyc for lunch and took home my leftover broth. Repost from @fitmencook - Tuesdays are for #tacos! Tonight I took my coffee-spiced shrimp #recipe and added blue corn tortillas + pico de gallo + lettuce + cilantro + goat cheese. You can get the recipe for the shrimp in the #FMC Apps on iPhone/Android or from FitMenCook.com, and you can DEFINITELY use the rub on chicken, tofu and even beef. Los martes comemos tacos! Esta noche preparé mi camarones con mi condimento casero con café y coloqué los camarones en tortillas de maíz azul + pico de gallo + lechuga + cilantro + queso de cabra. Se puede conseguir la receta para los camarones en mis Apps FMC en iPhone/Android o de FitMenCook.com, y por supuesto puedes usar el condimento en pollo, tofu y también carne. Bum.
No sugar, no eggs, no dairy Pancakes with berries and fruits.

2 cups oats
2 cups plant based milk (1/4 cup nuts + 2 cups water, blended on high speed)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tablespoons water
2 bananas 1 tbsp @organifi red juice
3 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder

Make flax eggs by combining ground flax seeds and water and set aside.
Place the oats in the blender. Blend the oats until they are ground into a powder-like consistency.
Add nuts and water, blend on high speed.
Add all other ingredients to blender and blend on low speed until a thick batter is formed.
Using a table spoon scoop the batter into the heated pan. Cook 2 min on each side.
Enjoy with maple syrup, berries, sliced fruit of your choices. I used kiwi, strawberries, coconut flakes and sliced bananas.
