Special thanks to my girl @crimpykasey for hooking me up with my new and absolutely most favorite pair of climbing shoes, these amazing old school and retro la sportiva high tops. I've been dying to get my hands on a pair of these for a real long time now and I'm super excited to have them.

This is a #cauliflowerrice with ground beef hash....super easy to make...
Cook your ground beef, I added salt, #coconutoil 🌴, fresh thyme, rosemary, onion, garlic, turmeric root...added the cauliflower rice, cooked till the cauliflower was cooked, transferred to baking bowl, sprinkled cheese, put in oven at 425 for 5-10...enjoy with your fav side...they are going with veggie wraps in these parts...yum yum

#flexfriday Started my leg workout with a 5x5 of squats at 160lbs which is 5lbs more then last time. I feel like I had a double workout yesterday considering hanging out with my nieces & nephews is like an endless cardio session. .

I finally got down past the 170 mark that I've been stuck at! I cannot believe how quickly I put on 50lbs when I was put on different medications. I went from 138 after having Letty in August to 192 in December!!!!! Now it's taken almost a year to lose 22lbs 😐 uuuuugh. This is very difficult considering my love for food 😕
I got back in my size 8 jeans just a few weeks after I had Letty. Now I can squeeeeeeze into a 12 but wear a 14 to be comfortable. This weight gain has really added to my depression. My self image is awful. Scars, stretch marks, loose skin....FAT!!! BUT I will beat this. My Dr. said it is nearly impossible to lose weight while taking the medications I do. Hmmm I'll take that as a challenge. Tried putting those Thanksgiving carbs to work with a Bear Complex.. May have required more carbs than I thought 😅

1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press... with 1 Round Consisting of 7 Unbroken Sets! 💀 .

Good evening! Before anything, this is NOT the right way to perform the “Accommodation Resistance Chain Squats” The chains need to be as long as touching the ground while in the upright position In order for you to benefit from the weight increasing during the range of motion of this movement caused by the chains. However, with these chains not being long enough it makes it a little more challenging on keeping the chains from moving so much. This exercise is great to improve CORE & TRUNK STABILITY! Squat down , Chain starts raveling on the floor (less weight during the squatting position) , then going back up bringing the chains along with it taking it off the ground adding more weight to the contraction of those quads. I always like to finish strong with complete sets than a little extra for good measure. I never do “personal records” of one or two. To me it makes no sense.
