Can't do a full push-up from the ground. No worries. You should still work on pushing your body away from a fixed object. Try incline push-ups. Here we are using a Smith machine but you could set a bar in any rack. You can use a bench or if you need less incline any fixed object at a workable height. At home try the bathroom or kitchen counter, the sofa or a chair set against the wall. Just push.

Keep that butt tucked and in a great plank. Also be attentive to how you position and maintain those shoulder blades. This can be a scapular stabilization rehab exercise.

Chest day videos bench was 315x5 for 3 sets then 2 at 315 for 5 with the slingshot. Two sets with 335 and top set was 365x2 with the slingshot again. The dips were with 65 and 120. •
