So thankful my breakfast can be taken on the go! Today is day 2/3 of working 12+hrs and I honestly am not sure of when I will actually be clocking out tonight... I have a ton of black friday prep that needs to be done before we open tomorrow morning as well as rearranging the store. Usually I'd skip breakfast on these busy mornings but not today! Here's what I put into my shake:
4 oz of almond milk
4 oz of water
1 Cup of ice
1/2 Banana
Dash of cinnamon
Shit ton of sprinkles
1 scoop of my superfood powder
Happy Tuesday loves 💕

First meal of the day. Egg white scramble with spinach peppers and onions. This was actually really good and full of flavor. Keeping my workouts consistent leading up to Turkey Day! 💪🏾 Remember that hilarious scene from Ghostbusters 👻, where the crew was asked to choose their Destructor? They told each other to empty their mind, but Ray thought of the Sta-Puft Marshmallow Man 🤣🤣 As those of us in the US approach Thanksgiving, are you telling yourself to empty your mind from thinking about the mashed potatoes & pumpkin pie 🤔? When I struggle not to think about food that I love, oftentimes I end up wanting it more. So my thoughts, like Ray, manifest into destruction 😱. Today, I go into holiday parties with the expectation that there are going to be some goodies on the table, so I won’t overly restrict my food choices. With this mindset, no food is off limits, I don’t crave my favorites as much, & can limit my portion to a smaller size. You be stand firm & be strict with your goals without restriction 👍🏽 #abundancementality

Do u train your Rotator cuff?

The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint it helps to keep the head of your upper arm bone firmly within socket of the shoulder.
Lot of people never train this muscle which puts up a lot of stress on this muscle as they develop their anterior shoulders and posterior one is not able to deal with the strain and it can cause an injury. A rotator cuff injury can cause a dull ache in the shoulder, which often worsens when you try to sleep on the involved side( rings some bell!!!) So how do you work on this....
Simple silly
1. Train Ur rotator cuff along with Ur shoulders.
2. If your anterior is developed consider including one more training session for your rotator cuff.
3. Dont be lazy..... just warm up and train your supporting muscles

3 weeks into my cut.
Not much difference but already lost a bit of "fluff" and bloat which is the aim! 💪🏼
My cutting is consisting of: 🔹Training 5 times a week. 3 weights sessions (heavy focus on abs) 2 cardio sessions which is normally running 4-8k (I personally find running such a good fat burner and it destresses me) 🔹Drinking lots of water, @pukkaherbs "Cleanse" and "Detox" tea
🔹Having vegan kefir twice a week (that helps you debloat) 🔹Taking @optibac probiotics again 🔹I'm not tracking macros exactly but I'm keeping a rough total in my head each day, making sure I DON'T eat over my protein recommended intake which is about 50g because when my diet is protein heavy, I feel so bloated. Also I swear carbs build your booty more 😏 but maybe that's just my imagination? 🤷🏻‍♀️
🔹Eating lots of fruit and nuts for snacks rather than Oreos (my weakness)
🔹Not having ben and jerries vegan ice cream twice a week #allthelols
🔹I've switched to rye bread and whole grain Pitta.
So fairly gentle changes. I can't be dealing with fad diets and huge calorie deficits, I get snappy and stressed and I've worked too hard to get my metabolism back to a healthy stage to muck it up again with some hideous 1000 calorie shake diet 🤦🏻‍♀️😫
Don't overthink losing weight...Sometimes it's the little things that make such a difference, ease yourself in gently and don't get annoyed if you slip up. 💕💕💕 #cutting #cuttingforchristmas #debloat #happygut
What’s one goal you are focusing on for the week? I’ll be focusing on water intake 💦! [AGAIN 😂] Drinking more water is a constant goal for me bc for whatever reason it is such a struggle 🤷🏻‍♀️. BUT I am determined to make it a habit once and for all!

If you haven't seen my Instagram stories this morning, my kids are with me at work today. Now that we are all settled, I can finally post my breakfast from earlier this morning 😋 I made No'atmeal topped with walnuts, cinnamon apples and a little bit of hemp heart. A nice warm breakfast for this cold day 😊

After only a year and a half, my Fitbit Surge is completely done. It's not holding a charge at all, it gives me steps I obviously didn't take, won't sync easily and now THIS! The clock is Wack-A-Doodle. No Fitbit it's not 12:34. I've tried forced stopping, shutting it down, checking for updates, turning the Bluetooth on and off. Very frustrating.
