Practise = Action .
.
If you want to get better at something you have to practise it regularly. Practise is the action not the thought!
If you want something, set yourself a goal, put in the work, fail lots, but keep going practise, practise, practise and don't give up. I have been chasing these ring dips for a long time lots of work went into shoulder stability on the rings and finally I can do them 🙌
Now I try add them in every week. Yesterday to finish off my session I added in 5x5 ring dips 90 seconds rest in between sets. Still plenty of work to be done but happy where I'm at 💪😊

Happy Friday people 🙆‍♀️ I think this will be a post that some of you can relate to.....who gets tired of being impatient with themselves & wanting hard work to pay off instantly? - I certainly do.

Often, BDD comes with great distress. The intensity & obsession of whatever your perceived flaw is can be draining...."Im too ugly, too fat, too thin, I hate my nose". A quick fix would be great, a click of the fingers to stop me from feeling this way would be amazing and life would be perfect....but it's not that simple.
Putting this post in relation to fitness right now, we need to remember our body compositions do not change over night. Ever though of that? Where did all this fat come from/when did I get so slim? It didn't change over night, the progress was slow & slow enough until you saw the change. We are aiming for maintainable lifestyles, relationships with food and training plans. Nobody really wants a quick fix because it's likely that whatever you're doing to get those results isn't healthy for your body & mind and won't last.
Remember the hare and the tortoise? Slow and steady wins the race. Be mindful of what action you're taking and appreciate everything your body can do, strive for better in good time and you will suprise yourself. Go at your own pace (you better push yo ass) stop worrying about others, they have their own story.

Все,я теперь профешнл виг мейкер,укладываю парики как боженька (лел) .

Omg. Guys I cringe. Happy I started when I did and I won’t ever let myself go back. This is a May vs. November - 6 months difference. It’s funny because I still haven’t wrapped my head around the fact I’ve lost weight & get surprised when old things fit me perfectly or are even too baggy. 😩❤️ Note to self: celebrate and embrace your new body as much as you can while working towards your next goal!
