@Regranned from @dennis.timmerman - Inverted rows. A starting point to full pull ups. This is a plank in motion, so make sure to maintain your body position at the top and bottom. Don't let the hips sag or arch the back. Start with the bent knee position, and once you've built up the strength you make these easy, progress on to the straight leg version. Moving the bar higher puts more weight on the feet, which provides less upper body resistance. The lower the bar goes, the more resistance the upper body encounters.

Today we are intrigued by the intricate work of Brussels-based artist @untilthelilacsturnblack. Sanam Khatibi’s paintings typically focus on animality and primal impulses. Her current paintings revolve around a group of female figures- predators. Her subjects live on their impulses in alluring, exotic landscapes. They are ambiguous with their relationship to power, violence, sensuality and each other.

It's Riberry (type of Lilly Pilly) season and there are so many ways to use these beautiful native fruit without destroying the nutrient profile or adding unhealthy ingredients. I just made (and ate) simple Lilly Pilly Chocolate and it was delicious!

1. Pick some ripe Riberry fruit (keep an eye out in your neighborhood or ask in local garden and community groups if anyone has some to spare), remove seeds, then dry in the oven on low heat or use a dehydrator
2. Double boil organic cocoa powder, coconut oil, and raw honey to melt and combine without overheating
3. Turn heat off and stir in dried fruit
4. Pour onto baking paper in a rectangle container, sprinkle fruit on top, then refrigerate to harden
5. Break apart and gobble it down before it melts!
Alternatively use a healthy made chocolate bar to melt down so it resets when cooled again and won't melt instantly like coconut oil chocolate does.

Easy peasy!

Did you know that American men were found to have a 60% drop in sperm levels from 1940-1990? A minimum sperm density is necessary to increase the likelihood of fertilization. In 1940 that minimum value was 40 million sperm per milliliter. As the average has dropped so has the minimum value. It is now 5 million sperm/ml and only 1 in 5 million sperm actually reach the egg. So a couple could go in for help with fertility challenges and be told that his sperm counts are “within range”. There are natural ways to help support fertility, and how and what you eat is part of that program. I’m always revisiting my bookshelves to review other supports like improving gut health, balancing blood sugar & hormones and reducing environmental triggers.
