Thought I would share a little more about my meal prep, since I'm hosting my first meal planning workshop this week 💪
This takes A LOT of work. A LOT of planning. A LOT of dedication. But guys... It is SO worth every bit of effort! When Monday morning rolls around I am set. My food is ready. I have literally zero decisions to make about food choice. It's already made! I just have to open my fridge and grab my food. It's like having a vegan, super healthy, 7-11 in my kitchen.
So here I have made my #preworkoutmeal #postworkoutsnack #postworkoutmeal #lunch and #healthysnacks for the next 7 days. All I have to worry about during the week is feeding my kids (as I'm cooking I also do a looser meal prep for my husband who is not on a strict eating plan at the moment), and dinner. My pre-workout is spinach, and a scoop of my #superfoodshake pre measured into reusable zip bags, just dump in the blender and add ice & almond milk. Post workout is spinach, almond butter, & 1/2 banana. Dump that in the blender with ice & soy milk. For breakfast: MWFSun- #quinoa, #blueberries, #kitehillyogurt , and a scoop of #supergreens in a cup of water. TThSat- #applecinnamonoats, #chickpeaomelettemuffin #spinach & #mushrooms. Lunch: MWFSUN- #rainbowveggieslaw #edamame #hempseeds #lemonyavocadodressing and #wholewheatminipita. TThSat- #wholewheatpenne #asparagus #mushrooms #caulifloweralfredo and #gardeinmeatlessmeatballs. Snack: #sugarsnappeas and #tofurkydelislices with #mustard.
