Nabend Leute! 😁(🇬🇧below)
Heute stand ich den halben Tag in der Küche und hab endlich mal n paar Rezepte ausprobiert, die ich mir schon länger vorgenommen habe 😄 dann gings ab zum Sport 🏋️ und nun wird gekocht und zu Abend gegessen 😊
Hier seht ihr mein Abendessen von gestern und pre Workout Meal von heute ▶gefüllte Paprika mit Süßkartoffelpommes 🍟🍠 und selbstgemachten Kräuterquark 🌱 das Rezept dazu steht unter nem ähnlichen Bild weiter unten bei mir auf der Seite 😁
Übrigens, der Feta in der Paprika war schon seit Juni abgelaufen, aber immernoch gut 😁 wie handhabt ihr das, testet ihr obs noch gut ist oder werft ihr nach Ablauf direkt weg? 🤔

#funfact -> part of the stuffing was lowfat feta, and its best before date was june 2017 😄 but I tried it and it was still fresh 😁

Basic AF. Pumpkins and pancakes. Actually waffles because they hold the syrup way better 🥞🎃🥞🎃 Made 1/2 serving of @slapnutrition chocolate chip cookie crumble slapjacks with 1/2 serving @kodiakcakes because I was too excited to try slapjacks so couldn't wait until tomorrow.😂
Total sugar 4.5g with CHOCOLATE in my waffles. 🍫
