There’s a 1000% chance I’m ready for bed. A big truck load to take care of at work this morning. Back workout and cardio tonight. Time for bed and then another killer workout and cardio session in the morning followed by some volunteer work. ❤️

My first #LegDay in 8 days since #LackLandClasic #peakweek! After #backsquats, and #frontsquats, I did #splitsquats on the cables. This is another great exercise to target the #gluteusmaximus!!
-I’m so excited! As I have leaned out, this is the area where I want to target and build more muscle (once I am eating at maintenance post #TexasCup2017). Remember you cannot build muscle eating at a deficit (99% of the time)
