SO SO pleased to announce I passed my CPT exam today!! I have worked most of the year towards this endeavor and wasn't sure I was prepared but I passed at an 83% 😀😃💪
The rest of the day will include eating to fuel an extended workout which I plan to be amazing and plenty of beeeerr to celebrate🍺🍻🎉🎉

Today saw my first attempt at public speaking - good god it’s not for the faint hearted, especially when the lights go out half way through by someone leaning on the switch 🙄 Reward? 12 days of gratefulness🙏🏼 Day 1️⃣: I am grateful for my JOB. I work at a small accounting firm as a consultant/auditor - yes, that means I am used to everyone hating me. I've been with them since I graduated 👩🏻‍🎓college 9 and half years ago, SHIT!! They took a chance with me. My grades weren't the best in college, but I had car trouble on my way to an interview. I've been told that the only reason I was offered the job was because of how I handled myself during that interview and was still on time for it. It worked out for the best for both of us! My boss is one of the best you could have 💯and was more than willing to work with me this year to get my stress under control. Even if that meant dropping down to 4 days a week, weekly check-ins to make sure I was sane, and a little less responsibility. Also, it doesn't hurt that I work mostly from home 👩🏻‍💻 and get to eat fresh lunches every day
today’s salad: swiss chard leaves tossed with an anchovy & lemon dressing, chicken, boiled beets, steamed zucchini, pumpkin & hemp seeds.

I DARE YOU ALL to try something new today. 💫It doesn't have to be something big or crazy, maybe just a simple shift in your daily routine.
Shake things up. Wake up an hour earlier, jog instead of walk, pause before you eat🙈 (that one is hard for me🍟) I recently tried out acro yoga and felt a little intimidated at first, but ended up really enjoying the experience and found that it is another great way to stay present and release tension. Let me know how it goes guys!😘🐝

So in my Entrepreneurialsm in Crisis seminar yesterday for some of the MBA students at Alba business school, I talked about how you get a brand off the ground with little to none of your own money....and a big chunk of this was dedicated to riding the waves: the highs and lows of being a business owner.

One of those ways is giving back.
Gave me so much joy to share my story and inspire other young Greeks to get fearless and dive into the wide blue ocean of being an entrepreneur.
