#5thSet AMRAP 280x15 (cut off because I’m slow af). My lower back hasn’t been 100% because my osteoarthritis has been acting up he last 2-3 days from work (I’ll basically have good days and bad days for the rest of my life 🤷🏽‍♀️), but clearly strength isn’t an issue, just my god damn wind gave out, per usual.

I was supposed to work with 300 or 305, but figured 280 felt safer for an AMRAP. Worked on sumo off the floor after this & it felt fucking great on my back 🤔 Not mad at today at all 🤗

Just coming back from a stomach bug and lost 12lbs or so. Decided to move the blood with light #benchpress today. I used CG, WG and REV Grip to see what feels best. Rev grip uses more lats and triceps while decreasing stress on the shoulders. I am planning to build a program for the rev grip with Jon Grove and see how it goes. Training Week 3, Day 2:
Was surprised i still could train after slipped out on wet surface and hit the ground.
#pausesquat : 87,5 kg 5x3 supersetted withe kneeling jump to precison on bench ( My Quad were literally dead after the 5th set)
#overheadpress : 58 kg 3x5
#widegrippullups : 15 kg 4x5 (Gonna tag @leobane cause he trained back too today 💪)
Not recorded:
Glute Ham Raise : 5 kg 3x5
Bulgarian Split Squat : 10 Kg 2x10 each leg
Side Bends on Roman Chair: 5 kg 3x10 each side

ended with 4 treadmill miles - 34:44. wanted to go outside but like it’s 20F. .

The power belly was on full display today. Haven’t done much dumbbell work in a long time, definitely feel like I underestimated where my strength was at.

5kg on my PB tonight at @snapllanelli with @calumevans_strongman tonights session consisted of,
60kg x 20
100kg x 10
140kg x 5
180kg x 3
220kg x 1
240 x 1
255kg x 1 (new pb)
Happy with the way everything is going at the minute and I’m chipping away at getting that 272.5kg

Et ouais les gars même pour vous les fessiers il est important !!! Je ne l'idole pas souvent car j'ai déjà un fessier honorable (enfin je pense 😂) mais ça me permet aussi d'améliorer mon squat !
J'ai vu cet exercice sur l'une des #fitnessgirl que je suis (je ne sais plus qui) et faut avouer que sur le moment on ne dirait pas mais le lendemain c'est un enfer ah ha ! 🍑
