It's been exactly a year since I began powerlifting and I'm happy for how it has positively affected my life mentally, physically, and emotionally. I've been enjoying the process of steadily building strength and resiliency throughout this meet prep without thinking too much of the physical changes. I'm already aware of how strong I've gotten thus far, but there is always room for more growth.

If there's one thing I want to tell my 22 year old self it's that you are worth beyond what you believe. You don't need anyone to validate your existence, but only focus on providing the love that you can give towards yourself. It took me this long to understand the importance of self-love and I'm truly blessed that powerlifting has lead me to that direction. I can't wait to see my progression put into the test come March 16th. I'm ready to meet my best version of myself. #bigtightness @pvstrong_aep

Guten Morgen lovely Lifters🙌 dat Benchpress Monster war gestern wieder unterwegs kann man so sagen😂 wie schon erwähnt war ich gestern auswärts Trainieren im #mcfit für n kleines "The Prep" training unter anderem mit @dmc_saiyan der mich auf der Bench unterstützt hat sowie dat sweetest boy @deadlift_douchebag ,der "Prince of Beuga" himself @pr0vieh ,@t_fit17 und und und... ein richtig geiles Training was wir unbedingt wiederholen müssen, so viel Spaß und vor allem dat Quality auf einem Haufen lange nicht gesehen😅
Und nein ich bin danach nicht in mein Home Gym gerannt um ein Bild zu machen, das Shirt war aber trotzdem am Start.😁

Auf der Bank stand ein 4x6 zum rpe8 an, geplant waren 130, aber bei so netter Gesellschaft hab ich mir im 1.set die 140 für 6 zum rpe9 gegönnt und dann erst die 130 für weitere 3sets😂 bei der OHP hab ich mich diesesmal etwas schlecht eingeschätzt. War eher so rpe6-7. Was solls.😁 der rest nicht besonderes, Pendlay etwas erhöt war aber eh geplant und zum Abschluss etwas Seitheben im Squatrack für die Hater...😂😂😂 #fuckncrazy

Squats were just a tad off yesterday but we got em' done! 1st and last double at 205, which should be an opener, in clips here 😕. It always takes me till my last set to get comfy in my squats. 4 weeks out!! 3 weeks of work left. Higher calorie deficits require focusing regeneration. Especially cardio can easily be overdone. Despite my current calorie deficit I did some cardio last week - maybe a little much, therefore I slightly increased calories yesterday.

Today's workout was the same as the one on Friday - Friday was a terrible workout. No strenght, no focus, no willpower and worst of all no core stability on the Squats.

The Fridays workout was done while fasting, eating only post workout and dinner (1370kcal). Same like today except I had a full rest day yesterday and 1550kcal. Today same workout like Friday and yet totally different!

I completed 5sets of 6 for Benchpress and Squats, finishing with 8sets of 5 superset Bend over Row / Upright Rows to complete a full body workout.

To tell from the weights being used and the Reps being done after 7 days of accumulating a caloric deficit of around 12000 kcal and a weight drop of around 2.2 kilo - i'm on the right way to loose fat and preserve muscle.

One advantage of deficits in Keto Diet to me is I can more easily sustain brain functions which I suffered from with higher carb diets.

Happily looking forward to the time after my Mini Cut and put all the weight back on! YES!

"I'll be back" -Back Day. Pretty solid back day. Hit a PR on deads. Nice little 525lbs pull. Sorry @daltunderwood forgot to invite you. @tb_creations_s550 for the vid and pic creds. Back to the workout (ha dad joke level puns and I ain't even a dad): 1. Deadlift
10 x 135lbs warm up
8 x 405lbs
1 x 475lbs (felt easy so I went up and just did heavy singles)
1 x 495lbs
1 x 525lbs

2. Superset; Lat pull downs (one of my faves)/straight arm pull downs.
4 x 10

3. Superset Cable Rows/bent over dumbell Rows
4 x 10

It was a heavy deadlift day so I was a little worn out after Deads.

Personally they are my favourite looking shoe, due to them being so versatile with gym and casual outings they make for the perfect shoe! I own 3 pairs already😅

I know you probably cant see these ones😎 but they're so cool, never thought i would wear green camo shoes though 😏
