• Sunday workout 🤘🏽 5min walking lunges & warm up/mental preparation lol, then went for 5x5 regular back squats @ 205lbs, I think I died a bit towards the 25th rep. Felt heavyyyyy ugh but I reached depth 🙂

lots of quad and glute isolation & single leg stuff, past-failures and finished with heavy banded leg press (died some more) & a quick circuit outside to train my brains away completely 🙃

my (leg) workout is mentally at least as tough as it is physically, today I kinda checked out after squatting already, my whole body was shaky 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I knew I had more in me, so sets on sets on sets, and hours went by fast (I’m not saying this is smart!! it definitely would have been a good workout within less time!)💀 I needed this though #therapy 🤓

Finishing off this cozy weekend with the yummiest, coziest bowl of pasta. I had all the intentions of making a kale salad (not because of kale's health halo 😇 but because I totally just wanted some crunchy, chewy salad), however that quickly changed when I saw that I STILL had @cucinaantica tuscan pumpkin pasta sauce and @eatbanza pasta in my cupboards and by the time dinner rolled around, that just sounded better! Added some kale sautéed with ghee, salt, and pepper. And boy oh boy I do not regret it! 😁😋 Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! 💖💖

After one of the laziest Sunday’s I’ve had in awhile, it felt amazing to get my ass off the couch and MOVE tonight! 🙌🏼💪🏼

When your workouts consist of dance parties accompanied by bomb tunes, they start to become FUN instead of something to dread. Coming from someone who used to DREAD working out, I truly can’t believe how much I actually look forward to it now. Even programs that aren’t necessarily my favorite, I find the joy in them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Guys, my workouts are FAR from perfect. I usually don’t do every single move, and I mess a lot of them up. 😬 I jump around like a crazy person and have karaoke sessions. But it’s honestly not about being “perfect” anyway. It’s about CONSISTENTLY showing up for yourself, and in my case, my team. It is possible to get amazing results without doing anything super drastic AND enjoy the process. ❤️ #teamaspireforhigher .

Post leg day & Doritos pizza bites, kinda bloated & cold, anyways pants shopping with @kendrastull since my last pair of jeans ripped, the women problem of legs rubbing ... To certain “ certified” trainers how’s that new method of putting on 400,500lbs on squat, unracking & re racking the weight working for you ? These legs can actually squat that weight, results from doing the full range of motion.

Finally dinner!! Took me forever because I made one big pot to last us days! I used more than 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce unlike the recipe because i don't like my meat dry and bitter. I also added alittle of mozzarella cheese underneath the cheddar cheese😋 ready to dig in!
