Never miss a Monday! Or you'll let yourself get out of routine and give into temptation of the "easier path." What are you doing post workout? Are you SURE you're giving your body the proper tools to build back what you just destroyed in the gym? I have to give props to @1stphorm for providing fantastic products. I've used tons of different brands and have never felt or seen the results from them compared to 4 weeks with phormula 1 and ignition.
The main reason I wasn't seeing the results I wanted was because I didn't have the KNOWLEDGE that I have now. Ignition is a high glycemic carbohydrate that's main goal is to create an insulin spike and restore glycogen levels. This spike will send the phormula 1 protien straight to your muscles to start the rebuilding process, that's what we all want right?

Have you ever wonder why people instantly get super huge after a competition? Or just simply some people who has been on a diet for a few weeks. I've mentioned about this before if you could recall which I'm pretty sure most of you don't. Lol! Its called rebound!
So what is rebound?
Heres one good tips for you who's trying to bulk but not gaining much unwanted fat at the same time. When your body has gone through a rough time by burning more then what they are consuming (caloric deficit), whatever you put inside your body will instantly be absorb by them. Its like when you haven't eat for 2 days and finally you get to eat, how would you eat? Like an angry baboon duhhh! Same goes to your body! So when you're bulking, try to have some mini cut for 2 to 4 weeks. You will most likely to add muscle mass at a greater rate. Duration for bulk? 12 to 16 weeks would be great. Try to have 300 to 600 calories above your maintenance at a daily basis. Ohh yeah on my non training days i would add more fat and reduce carbs. Why? Insulin bruhh! Blablablayadayadayada. Oh well, no good in dwelling on a not so good week, focus on making this week better than last. Because now I'm back and determined to give it my all!👊🏼 Tonight I did my first workout from the Love Sweat Fitness Hot Body Guide and I loved it!💕 It had a similar feel to BBG, but honestly it was nice to change it up a bit!
