Another mouth watering recipe from @petacarige @functional_food_solutions
Baked Sweet Potato 😋

Delicious and super quick and easy to make

Great quality source of carbohydrates & low GI so good for sustained energy

Bacon, feta & shallots mashed together with the inside of the sweet potato and put back into the shells

Served here w caramelized balsamic and low fat sour cream.

This isn’t easy for me to post, but fuck it I’m doing it anyway. I see so many photos of mums ‘bouncing back’ after pregnancy and it blows my mind that women’s bodies vary so much that I thought I’d share mine as it’s VERY different from the ones I’ve seen shared on here.. this was my SECOND pregnancy, my first I was left with weight gain to lose (putting on 20kgs+) . My second pregnancy I put on 12kgs in total but had excessive amniotic fluid and therefore I resembled a balloon 😂 this meant my skin had stretched immensely.
This isn’t my before & after because I’m always working to better myself, internally as much as physically. I hope there is a Mum out there who views this and can see anything is possible! I’ve trained my ass off to get to where I am today at 5 months Postpartum. Loving my body even more now then before my babies, I have a whole new appreciation for what my body has done for me.

No workout and No cardio for me today. Feeling ill for the last few days, so taking a day off to recover. Doesn’t feel good at all but rather a day off then a couple of weeks because I didn’t give in. At least my old cardio bike is being used today..

Detox Dienstag 😁 am Wochenende gab es schon ein paar sehr nette #cheatmeals 😬 aber das gehört einfach auch mal dazu und eine gewisse Stärkung für diese Woche brauchen wir sowieso denn am Wochenende ziehen wir um🙈 ich bin in den letzten 4 Jahren 4 mal umgezogen, aber mit einem Baby noch nie😅 ich fange langsam an, mir ein dickes Fell bis Freitag anzuziehen, höchstwahrscheinlich kann ich das gebrauchen 🙃 bei Stress neige ich oft dazu viele Süßigkeiten zu essen, doch dieses Mal habe ich mir fest vorgenommen daran was zu ändern! Es wird viel frisches Obst geben und viel zu trinken, auch ein typischer Fehler, man vergisst es zu oft☝🏻und hier noch das Rezept von diesem ziemlich leckern Smoothie:
Ananas
Himbeeren
Mango
Banane
100ml Joghurt oder Wasser oder Milch oder Saft(o-saft)
