MONDAYS BACK AT IT! ✅👏🏼🙌🏽💪🏼💦✅ Mondays are the perfect way to get back to it, fresh week, new mind set and new goals. I am feeling SO much more positive this week already, my whirlwind of a life is slowing down slightly even if my baby boy is speeding up! He's now walking! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Today's breakfast was overnight oats (honey granola/ natural yoghurt and mango) and lunch was brown wheat and quinoa with chicken breast (grilled) and broccoli.. Dinner was my healthy take on meatballs, meatballs, mushrooms, red onion cooked in chopped tomatoes and pure, with peas and green beans 💚💚😍 YUMMMM! early dinner ready for my PT this evening! COME ON!!!

LAST BUMPDATE YA’ll!!!😍🤰🏻🙌🏻 And what better way to end it than with this sassy girl right here💗 I’m not going to lie, I am feeling HUGE (as I’m sure most of us do at the end🙈), my hips & joints ache like crazy & I haven’t been sleeping- but in less than 24 hours we get to meet this sweet babe!👶🏻💙

Today we are just cleaning the house, doing laundry & I’m making more snacks for the hospital- which I will share in my IG stories soon!🙌🏻 I won’t be able to work out for 6 weeks- but I can definitely get my nutrition in check right away😉 Always have a plan! And I’m using the same plan i used postpartum with Liv! It works, so why change it right?!😜 But you better believe that I will be enjoying some Thanksgiving dinner and all that comes with it Thursday- because balance😘🦃

Come tomorrow around 8 a.m. I will be a mom of TWO!! Ahhhh!! Can’t wait for our next adventure & I can’t thank you all enough for letting me share my #pregnancyjourney with you and for all of your kind words + support these last almost 10 months! I seriously LOVE social media, because of the amazing people that I get to meet & I am so thankful for each and every one of you!💗 Here we go!! Happy Monday!!

My heart broke a few minutes before this picture and video.

Ainsley had pulled her shirt up and was grabbing her tummy while shouting, "Belly fat! Belly fat!" and squeezing her belly.

She just recently turned four and I while I know I've been so cautious about how I react to my body around her, I can't control everyone she comes in contact with.

I know she doesn't really understand it at this age but I hope to continue to set an example for her so she is comfortable and confident in her skin as she grows up.

Just a few minutes later, she asked to do a workout together so we did a short 11 minute routine and I was SO grateful not to just TELL her that she was fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image, but to be able to show her HOW and do it WITH her!

Real talk: last week was rough.
I missed a few workouts, I didn't drink enough water, and I let stress control my eating for the first time in awhile.

Guess what?
I'm human. Life happens.
It's a new week and I'm here to hold myself accountable with my goals. The holidays are officially here, but that doesn't mean I throw away all the hard work I've put in this year.

💦 Water: 100oz/day
💪🏼 AM workouts every day
🌱Superfoods every day (always)

My ultimate goal is to enjoy the family time and the not-so-on-the-plan food, but within reason. Portions are key! 🙌🏼 👉🏼👉🏼Friday starts my next official group. 3 weeks to make some awesome changes between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Secure your spot today before they're all taken!

How I woke up my husband on our anniversary morning:
I seductively whispered in his ear: “meet me in the basement.” ❤
When he came down, I had our workout cued up and ready to go! LOL! Romantic, right?! 😂

Monday Motivation!
20 minute HIIT workout followed by a 12 minute Ab workout. These HIIT workouts are no joke and burn calories all day long! Let me say, I don't even feel like I only had 3 hours of sleep. I feel extremely well rested like I had a full nights sleep!

My sweet aunt sent us this Edible arrangement today and London immediately went for the chocolate covered strawberries! She actually tried to bite through the cellophane. 😂 #noshame But hey, girl knows what she wants!
