Do you want to become leaner stronger and be pain free so you can continue to work on the tools?
Do you not have much time in your week to get to the gym 4,5,6x a week (me either) ================
There is a common misconception around weight training that you have to be in the gym grinding it out every day ================
I personally belived this and also did this for a long time. Sure I built some muscle but I was constantly sore and eventually this lead to injury =================
Make sure you build a program that fits around your career and lifestyle ==================
