Buddha bowl 🥗
The best part about making your own meals is that you get to incorporate whatever it is you want and control your portions. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy eating out! It is of course so much easier and saves so much time, but being in the kitchen making my own food is way more satisfying and therapeutic!
For lunch the other day, I whipped up this bowl which has crispy miso tofu, boiled edamame and peas, lambs lettuce and spinach leaves, finished off with a generous sprinkle of shichimi powder and pepper! As you can tell, I’m not really a salad dressing person, but if you are the type that can’t live without it, I think a miso or tahini type dressing would be perfect for this bowl!
