Some footage from the auditorium at the TOKYO NPCJ event last weekend. It’s great to see videos back and look at everything I need to improve on for next time, not just aesthetically but also in how I compose myself on the stage.
I must get a darker tan next time, I was washed out in comparison to others onstage, plus the rules stated no oil but it looks like I’m the only guy who followed that rule! 😫
Looking at gaining more overall size for next time!

LOW CARB DIET❓are they the best ones for fat/weight loss.

If you notice in the fitness industry, low carb diet is the current trend, many LEGENDS term them as magic pills as well when it comes to changing body composition and losing weight. But⁉️Are they really that great and the best option available for you.
In my opinion they are the ones to be blamed for many people failing to lose weight and getting demoralized😟 Shocked 🤔well, let me explain. If you have been one of my active followers, you would have understood by now that I strongly believe that calories are the king. In order to lose weight, eat less and to gain weight eat more than what your body requires for maintenance i.e. your maintenance calorie.
Now, whichever diet helps you to stick with your goals will help you achieve your target. So if you can stay on a calorie deficit on a moderate or high carb diet then stay, as it will help you to lose weight and achieve your target, no point going for low carb diet if you struggle to stick with it and do not enjoy the process.
So MR. EXPERT, what about insulin sensitivity??
Well yes it does affect but then the difference is negligible.
Any plan you follow, you can only achieve results with consistency, so follow what works for you and what helps you to enjoy the process and achieve your target, do not follow the fags of the industry there will be a new one every 3-4 years
